It looks really amazing, I'm only giving three stars because I felt there was no communication with her outside of being physically in the shop. I made an appointment with her for July 11th. At my first appointment, we talked about what I wanted done hemming in the front, added bustle, and a modesty panel behind my corset back, and she also recommended what she would like to do to my dress to make it fit better. After she had put all the pins in she gave me my receipt and said to come back in three weeks on August 1st and it would be finished. She messaged me on July 30th asking me to come on the 2nd instead. I agreed. Now when I had went three weeks later, I expected the dress to be done since she never told me otherwise. Only the hemming on the bottom of the dress was done, but then a she started to pin the underside of my dress for my bustles again. My mom was with me at the appointment, she asked her if she needed to redo the pinning for the bustles she said yes. After this, she said to come back in one week on August 10th and it'll be done. Again. We were on our way (mind you my mom lives an hour away, and I live 30 minutes away), we hit some traffic and I messaged to her let her know we'd be a few minutes late. She didn't respond until we were outside her building, she said the dress wasn't done because she needed to order the bustles and they were arriving until Thursday August 13th. She did apologize for not letting us know, but at this point we were already there. She said it would be done on Saturday August 15th, this time it was done and it looked amazing. She did give us a discount for the inconvenience of coming to Visalia since she didn't let us know the dress was not done on August 10th. She was apologetic for that, and a really sweet woman. I would just say to try and over communicate with her on your end and ask plenty of questions so pickups and what you're needing done is clear.

I called and Alma answered and she said come Monday and we will be there. I called before I came gave my name to the employee who asked me who I was and she said yes they would be there until close. I got there and my pants could not be found. I asked the employee to call Alma. Alma made her way to the store. In the meantime there was another customer pulling his pants/ underwear down to show me his hip scar, then his shoulder scar. Another poor man returned for a dress for his daughter that was promised that same day and was not yet ready. They were still working on it. Alma did come in and told him to come back tomorrow. She could not find my jeans and told me to do the same. I told her I could not do that because my schedule was changing so they needed to be found as I had already paid for the service. She told me you talk to much and I don't want to say anything bad to you come back tomorrow. I said I cannot due to my schedule I have come back twice now for these pants. She says you talk too much and raised a hand waving me off to leave. She said it's ok you come back tomorrow. She said you should call first. I said I did. She asked her employee and the employee said yes she did. She found my jeans on a rack I thanked her and left. This shop's employees does great work when they are open. However, it is hard to know when that will be if you work. A business owner should not get to the point of wanting to say something bad if there is no name calling, cussing or abuse occurring. Customer service and keeping track of clothes is part of the job.

My husband dropped off a jacket to be dry cleaned and a snap put back on since it came out. I…read moreprovided the snap with the pieces and they said they would call if they had an issue or would not be able to repair it. My husband picked it up 6 days later, was charged $40 JUST for the snap repair and when he brought it home there was not even a snap on it..... so you charged $40 for a service that wasn't even provided...? He went back and they didn't seem to have an answer as to why they didn't do their job, where the snap was, or to refund for services they didn't provide. They then had to hunt for the snap that we provided and then frantically shoved the snap back in and said.... Well, it might fall out again I'm not sure. What kind of alteration place is this? Would not recommend for any garment repairs or alterations in the future. Dry cleaning was fine.

I took in a 6 month old new letterman's jacket (just paid $700 for it ) to clean and when I picked it up my patches and letter where destroyed and the jackets cotton fleece was also destroyed, I guess since my jacket was black and green I ran a risk of the black bleeding into my white patching which I was not talked or made aware about any problems that could happen with the jacket in which I wouldn't of left it .but we all take all our delicate clothing to dry cleaning so it can be washed properly. Now the owner was so rude but took it in for a second session . When I picked it up he had destroyed the patches and my son's school letter patches. He refused to listen and asked me to take my jacket and leave. All I needed him to do was to fix or replace my patches. It's my son's senior year coming up 2024/25 and all I wanted was for his jacket to be ready for senior pictures and his senior year. He might not think this is an important piece of clothing but it showed all his hard work and effort throughout his 4 years in high school. Took a dress here that needed to get altered. It was $30 for alterations which is great price. The…read morealteration was minimal as it was only adjusting shoulder straps to a bridesmaid dress. It took 4 days but since we had time it wasn't a big deal. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because though the alteration was simple it was not done correctly. We only needed about an inch of the straps to be taken in and when we received it, it was as if there was no adjustments made. The workers were nice and took it back, but did mention to us that they send out all alterations to someone else so had to resend it out to their seamstress. If you have alterations that are more major and need to try on to ensure it is done and fits correctly I would go to where there is a in-house seamstress just to be on the safe side. I would go back for small alterations such as hems and do you plan on going there to get dry cleaning to give that a shot.
