Had my vehicle here back in July. To have the front and side body work fixed. So knowing I drive by. See a lot of vehicles being fixed. I thought. Hey they probably do good work. But after getting work done. I've come to realize. That some of the work that's done. Is quite horrible. Especially after they did my vehicle. So anyway. Took my vehicle in to get fixed. They had it about 3 weeks. Mike said I'll call you when it's ready. 3 weeks go by. Got a call. You're Vehicle is ready. This is a Sat a hour before they close. I go pick it up. halfway home. All my lights. Come on. Check engine light. Abs light etc. So first thing I could think of is. What did they do. Got home. Hooked up my scan tool. 2 CODES CANE UP. Took it back to Mike on Monday. I told him about the Codes he says my guys didn't do nothing I looked it over. Bring it over to my guy next door he will see what's going on. I'm talking literally 5 yards next door. So take a guess what happens. He hooks up a scan tool. The mechanic says nothing is coming up on my scan tool. So I was saying to myself was here we go again. So he says to me again like my guys didn't do nothing wrong if you want to take it to your Dealership and let them look it over you can. So that's what I did. And wouldn't you know. That's 2 codes came up when the dealership look it over. So found out when they did work they painted over a ground wire. Which caused all of the lights to come on inside the vehicle. So I'm giving one star because Mike did good and said okay I will pay for you to get a rental and I will pay you for them to fix the vehicle. So that issue was resolved. On to the next. After few weeks of having my vehicle back. I notice a peace of metal moving around inside the door. So knowing they had the door apart. I'm thinking again hear we go. After being there so many times. Didn't feel like dealing with them. So took off the inside panel. And notice they could not even screw a piece of metal back in place to keep the window falling down. So had to fix that. Just remember ppl. Don't ever trust a mechanic or Body Shop. Sometimes if they know they can get around u they will. Buy yourself a $25 scan tool online. They work well. Have trust in yourself knowing you can check what's wrong. Before going in. So if they try to scam you by saying something else is wrong. Or they didn't do it. read more

Did a real lousy job with my car - body work looks extremely unprofessional as if an amateur did it. Sanding and sheen totally off from the rest of the paint - color blending work looked terrible. Total joke! Wouldn't recommend to anybody. Took almost 2 weeks to do a real small, minor job. Nobody here knows what they're doing read more

I had a 2012 Toyota Camry that my gf rear ended and I was out of town so they towed it there. They kept dragging the repair past the month, and my car insurance at the time wouldn't cover the rental for longer than a month. The body shop said that they will cover since it was their fault that it's taking too long they are too busy. A month later I received a 2 weeks car rental bill and the body shop denied any communication regarding the mattar. All that, and I was ok as they returned the car with a ok exterior condition. The car kept having problems with traction control and airbag that they should've fixed but I do not want to argue as I am traveling all the time and have no time or patience for someone to deny all their action. A few months later someone hit the car from the side, so we took it to a different body shop to replace a door, but asked the shop to check some noise that was noticeable in the front bumper. After taking off the bumper we found that the front frame is still bent, loose components in the front and other unbelievable quality escapes that no one else would tolerate. Do not waste your time with these guys as they can't handle a big job unless you gonna watch everything they do to your car. As to their experience, I am sure they've been in business for long enough to know how to perform a good job, but as they say, you are only as good as the last job you do. I had an appointment at 9am, this past Saturday that I made on Friday afternoon. I spoke with the Owner, Bruce and he could not have been more helpful over the phone in setting up my appointment to drop my car off. He even offered to drive me to enterprise after dropping off my car. Bruce said he would set up the enterprise appointment, and just send him the insurance estimate. I said i would but could not, as I had to leave work early, due to train issues. I had high hopes for my experience in getting my car fixed. On Saturday morning, I arrived to Bensalem Auto Body at 9:04. I waited in the office for a few mins and when no one came out I opened the garage entrance door and asked if anyone was there. A unnamed employee came over and asked what I needed. I advised i had an appointment with Bruce for 9am and the employee advised he didn't know if the boss was coming in today. I said, yes, I spoke to Bruce yesterday and we had an appointment at 9am. The employee said, "I am not sure what to tell you, hes the boss so he comes and goes" The employee then asked to look at my car, so we did. I advised the employee that I can leave the car but i have to see if I can get a ride now to enterprise and he said no problem. I tried getting a ride but could not given the last notice. If I had known i needed a ride, i could have had that set up..... I then asked for the employee again and asked if he could call Bruce. the employee responded, "yeah like i said, i am not sure if hes coming in" I said well I had an appointment. The employee then looked, but found no appointment information and enterprise had no appointment scheduled for me. I then asked if the employee could call Bruce and he responded, "no, i don't have his number" I said, you don't have your bosses number?, he said no, i said so you can't in touch with him,, he said "no, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but i don't have his number." How can there be no way to get in touch with the boss?!? The employee asked for my information and I said, that's okay and walked out. This was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I am taking my business to Collision Max on Grant Ave. Notable mention: the water cooler had some sort of black mold growing on the handles and water tray...pretty messed up read more

Someone knocked off or stole my passenger side mirror. We called Bensalem Auto Body and they got the mirror in within 2 days. I have a 2005 Honda Civic. Bensalem Auto Body is by far the best one I've had my 2007 Toyota Prius fixed at yet (and that's excluding Toyota dealerships)! After getting into a fender bender, I brought my vehicle in for an estimate at Bensalem Auto Body. I was so worried that the price to fix my car was going to be too great, and that I would have to ride around with the front half of my Prius mangled for the rest of her life. Bruce came out to take a look at the damage, explained what needed to be fixed, and gave me a really great price for the work. I didn't even need to take my car somewhere else for a second opinion - I booked my appointment that day. I got my car back a few days ago and let me tell you - she looks better than ever. Not just better than right after the accident, because that's obvious, but better than even before I was in the accident! I'm back to loving my car! if you like to have your car repaired improperly go here. I was towed here by the police and felt it easier to let these guys do the repair, they wanted to save my deductible, i wanted my car fixed right and agreed to pay it. well its been 2 months since i had the work done. i have had nothing but problems. my insurance company sent me to another shop to have the work looked over. the shop said the frame was never repaired properly, and aftermarket pets where used when the estimate clearly stated new. i am seeking legal representation, since mike at the shop refused to hear my concerns. stay away far away. read more
