I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday morning and received a call later that day about the services I needed to pass. I was disappointed that it needed so much, but went forward with the procedures. The car was done and ready by Friday with a passing inspection sticker. Fred (the garage owner) ran into some issues with some of the custom parts I have, and ended up charging me less because of the difficulty he encountered. It was very much appreciated. I ran into a loud clunking noise after the work was completed. However, when I brought it back, they were more than happy to fix it and make things right. I dropped it off the night before and the fix was completed the next day. Needless to say, my Jeep has never drove straighter. The alignment was tight. My headlights are clear. My tailpipe was welded correctly after Monro made a mess of it. My brakes are responsive and smooth. I was upset with the price tag, but after realizing what a great job they did, I find that they were worth it. Would definitely use them again and suggest them for SOME custom work.

What I witnessed was concern for my vehicle and a professional attitude and advice from an experienced team of mechanics, who put my safety and concern without the need to charge for it.
