So, I got into a little fender bender and had a broken head light in August 2015. Also had a damaged the frame as well. Took it to auto crafters car start on Bristol pike. The gentleman that helped was awesome, he helped with my insurance company and took the report. From the owner to the workers to the secretary they were so awesome.. They even helped with my rental car as well.. The car took about 4 days to fix. The car looked brand new after it was completed. Whole front bumper was painted perfectly and the frame was fixed. I was referred to Carstar due to an accident where I had "no fault" I usually head to a bodyshop closer to where I live in Conshohocken but had to meet the claims rep based out of Carstar to get an estimate of repair. The people at Carstar were super friendly and Dianne was helpful eventhough I wasn't going to get the work done there. Due to this, I decided to let Carstar have my business. I have no regrets with the decision as Dianne and the team handled everything for me, took care of car rental and worked around travel commitments I had for work. Everything was done as promised and they even took care of re-ordering and installing an expensive bike rack that was damaged in the accident. If anything happens to my car in the future (hopefully not), I will definitely work with Carstar again. read more
