Called this company to remove an old Freezer for me, Thought it was an easy job it was in my food truck and bolted down with only one bolt holding it down, I had unbolted the rest but couldn't get the one out. I called and they were prompted and on time. They emailed to confirm and called as well. I make note of this because as it turned out the one bolt was a the bolt from hell LOL These two guys worked for over an hour to get this silly bolt out so they could remove the freezer. They went way beyond what was required of them and were personable and kind. I mean no disrespect in saying this but I never would have expected such professional treatment from a company just picking up junk. I give them 5 STARS easy. Amazing company, very attentive and responsive to my call and helped me get rid of my junk from a renovation of the bathroom along with a very old fridge that was sitting out in the yard waiting for disposal.. Ashley who answered the call was extremely professional and provided the right service for our needs along with a appointment with a 2 hour window and they were exactly on time. Two young men came out to collect the junk who were just amazing, Noah and Enrique, both very polite and professional and cleared the junk in no time.
