All of the staff is excited to check on me and see progress. 20 out of 10 if I could rate that way. They have several locations across south Louisiana. The surgeries are done at the Baton Rouge location and all follow ups from surgery there after. The satellite locations are used for their other aesthetic procedures like Botox and skin care. I ended up with a Extended Tummy Tuck and Lipo 360. Since losing over 120 lbs 15 years ago, this was the best route to get my body back to "normal". What I will say is I have NEVER looked better. The incision line is razor thin, the swelling is well managed weekly by the staff and Dr. Brownlee, and I have never felt better.

Dr Birchfield was obviously in a rush and took a phone call as soon as she walked out of my room then left the office and didn't return. Very unprofessional. This whole office clearly has some very neglected maintenance and basic building issues. I'll only go back because it's who I was assigned from my insurance.
