She is friendly and always professional, going the extra mile for all of her clients. That cuts in on her income, but she does it anyway because she's just an honest woman looking out for your best interests!! Not to mention, the amount of time she spends with you to explain it all and answer every single question you have! We need more people like her in this world! I did a little bit of digging before choosing to try out Mimi's, and this place is one of the cheapest permanent hair removal locations in the area. I had a 3 session package for underarm hair removal. She started with a lower intensity for safety reasons initially. I thought it had no effect, but the hairs fell out on their own after a few weeks, and I was surprised! The second and third sessions were with higher intensity, and you do feel a bit more during the treatment. The flashes of light hurt a tiny bit, but as most of us women know, it's like a mosquito bite compared to ripping out your hair with an epilator or wax strip! After 3 sessions, you really see the difference! Even after months of leaving it alone, I basically have no more hair growth in my armpits! There are a few stragglers that I could probably take care of with her touch-up appointments, but those stragglers are so fine and thin now, they're hardly noticeable. A month later and I am still waiting on a PA for medicine to be covered by insurance because i cannot pay for the 700$ ones they kept prescribing. I even went as far as to email medicines that i KNEW my insurance covered. Still with no prevail or a PA from Melanie, I decided to reschedule with Tabor to see if he could help me. Finally after a month and a half, Thanks to Tabor, I am able to get antibiotics to help but still not topical gel or anything to help my acne from the outside. The ladies at the front gave me another sample: ONLY TO FIND OUT THIS COUNTED AS MY PRESCRIPTION. (the sample was the size of my pinky toe). With still no treatment or really any idea of what is going on I continued to call to see if there was anything I could do or what I was waiting on, because i was unfamiliar with the process. Madison and Mallory were extremely helpful and kind. 2 months later, my follow up appointment is SUPPOSED TO BE TODAY!!! But then i got a termination letter in the mail-still no treatment that is not 700$+ and both providers at Northshore Derm are refusing to treat me and did not provide an alternate list of providers or anything. I understand their perspective, as they are just an office that is complying with their providers, but I truly think it is patient abandonment and a form of malpractice. I have a worsening condition and was pleading and begging for help. Only to be turned away. Just wait the month or two waiting time for Hilton, or any other office- you will most likely have to wait regardless, so I would at least recommend waiting on a provider that will actually treat and be professional with their patients! I have never felt so abandoned or mistreated.

My face looked asymmertical and I had a big lump under my eye and on my eyebrow and a dent next to it. The first nurse didn't provide any insight and said the doctor had to see it. She didn't even check the incision on my stomach where the fat was harvested from and I had to take my stitch out myself. The second follow up was with a more knowledgeable nurse because I complained, she took photos of my areas of concern but also said the doctor had to see it. I never got any follow up from that appointment. Today I went in for my post op with the doctor and I ended up waiting an hour. I asked how long and they said they were running behind and didn't know. I left. Bottom line is, Dr Weiler was very available and accessible before my procedure but disappeared after leaving me to deal with some very nice nurses that wouldn't tell me much to help with my concerns. I'm two months after my procedure and my face is not even, my right cheek is higher than the left, and I have a lump and a dent over my right eye.
