Insurance person said I should be good. 2 weeks later received a statement from my insurance for $112.00 payment to Grieshaber, and a bill from Grieshaber Dermatology for $400. It was coded as a surgery & my deductible was not satisfied. I went to Dr. Grieshaber all my life, my mom went, my grandparents would see him. I took my kids to him. He was always singing, happy, not rushed, that was not the case on this appointment, He was in a rush, his assistant was rushing him. Haven't been back since.

I was in rural Missouri for 6 MONTHS. was recently a patient of Dr Massengale. I recently returned home to Missouri After being gone 9 years. I returned to my same doctors who I believe to be intelligent but no more than my Dr's Louisiana. I had cellulitis and was in the hospital within 72 hours. Common theme. My PCP having never seen anything like me did 20 wound cultures.. I had staph. But I had to have staph when I left Louisiana. I kept my body covered from head to toe for obvious reasons. Dr. Massengale I believed in you. Why did you not do 20 wound cultures. You would have learned the same thing. I was resistant to all common antibiotics. Amoxicillin.Cephelaxin, Doxycycline. Just name off every medication for antibacterial infection you can think of. I guess I would have finally died. By now, I have 20 wound cultures, wound DNA as now my feet had blisters. Dr Massengale, left me like this and suggested religious counseling. Now, I agree that was probably needed, it wasn't going to cure me and I placed my absolute trust in you. Update: I am Mid way through Immunotherapy at a cancer treatment center. I may never be OK, but statistics give me 5 good years. My diagnosis was obviously over your head. I can accept that. The fact you took an oath "to do to harm" Why didn't you sent me to the best you knew?

When I arrived it definitely seemed like this was more of a cosmetic services office rather than a traditional dermatologist practice as evidenced by the advertisements placed around the waiting room and by the other clients who were there getting those services. I was brought to the exam room, told them again why I was there, and the male doctor tells me "oh we're not going to do all that there isn't enough time". This is after I booked this specific exam and told them to set aside enough time. I explained to the doctor again why I booked the appointment and he told me I'd have to rebook again for another appointment. I was in the exam room for 90 seconds and they did nothing. He seemed annoyed as if I was wasting his time. If you're looking for a nice place to get cosmetic work I guess this is the place. If you're dealing with legitimate dermatological concerns and need serious care I'd definitely look elsewhere.

The were over $350 and the transition wasn't in the lenses. I returned to get the transition added and then the license kept popping out. I brought them in a year after several months of not wearing them because of the lense. They put another lense in which never fitted well and kept popping out. So I rarely wore them. This year the lense popped out and got crushed now I am being told that I have to get a $110 exam and pay $300 for lenses. So I basically paid $350 for glasses I wore maybe 5 times over 2 years struggling with lenses that kept popping out of the frame. I would say save your money and go elsewhere.

After arriving to pick the glasses up we were instructed to just go straight to the fitting room. The lady there still super nice made sure they were adjusted correctly and they were happy with the choice they had previously made. I wasn't even there 5 minutes. I love this place.
