It took them 3 months to replace my gembel bearing. They decided to change the oil sending unit and winterize my boat in the meantime, 2 things that I did not approve. The oil guage stopped working as a result. In addition, they tore a 3 foot hole in my cover and kindly offered to let me purchase I've 'at cost'. The original quote was $875. They invoiced me for $1450 and I had to buy a new boat cover and have the oil siding unit and guage worked on.

When I again inquired in April I was told it was too much work and they would not be able to work me in. Put me off for four months before I had to pick up my seats and my deposit. Now I am at the bottom of a wait list and no seats for my boat this season. I am okay with them saying they didn't want to do it. I am not okay with them not telling me that when they were quoting, when seats were dropped off, Or when I followed up numerous times. I would not recommend them.

The seat mold was terrible, and my normally gray dash was close to being black. I had heard positive comments on Boat Butlers from neighbors and decided to give them a try. I met Jason, who was there to clean my boat on his committed date. (What a nice guy!) I was in and out of the house that day, so I'm not exactly sure how long the job took him (hours and hours!), but the end result is amazing. My boat seats nearly look brand new. Bought a wolf 150 in September. 6 months later it didn't run. Trusted them to repair it with new…read moreparts, fluids etc. However they used USED PARTS, and they took off parts that didn't need to be removed. Looks like they took off the good parts and replaced them with old parts so they could use my parts elsewhere. The bike runs like shit and rattles because they didn't put all the screws back in. They charged an outrageous price to screw me over. If you buy a bike from them do the repairs yourself. The use used motor oil for the oil change as well.
