Being the upsell driven company McWilliams is, you'd think they'd be all over a new A/C unit. But nope. No interest in the customer or customer service. Regional manager Colton, refuses to follow up. Tells staff he will be calling me. LOL! Still waiting. I've been a customer for 16 years. When the company was Air Express, they were phenomenal.
