Well skilled at barbering is the staff. My girlfriend approved of the cut which is a monumental success in my book. I have a good sized head and short cuts don't mix. Ryan (there's at least two) did a good job with minimal direction from me, he had an eye for what works. On the other hand I wanted to try a hot towel shave as part of the "back in time experience " but their machine wasn't working. Oh well, next time. read more

Bentleys barbershop in EL so much for the name, can't even cut a kid's Mohawk. Show the picture to the hairdresser he say okay and my boy end up with the worst cut ever. I mean come on do that look even close to what I show the picture he pretty much shave him off and uneven in the back and front wtf. End up going to VL salon to help fix it. If you can't cut shit please don't, we would rather wait for an experienced barber. read more

Went to this location on my day off for a haircut. We stood there for about 5 minutes until a woman came out and rudely said, come back in a half hour, we're on lunch break and you should know that since it says it on the outside of the door. It did not say that on the outside of the door. Regardless we apologized and left, and as we were getting in our car we saw her put the sign out on front of the door. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional, wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. read more

Alex is the man. they don't take reservations so you'll lose atleast 2 hours of your life waiting but he will give you a clean asf cut.

Today marked my final visit to Bentley's. I've been a loyal patron at Bentley's for around four years. They cut hair well, my rapport with the barber who regularly cuts my hair has been pleasant and entertaining. I'm satisfied with his work which justifies the higher prices. I'm moving on because not all members of staff understand good manners and courteous behavior. The cumulative experience no longer aligns with my expectations, prompting me to take my business elsewhere. read more

The location of the store is on a busy rode and parking is limited for those who are wondering. However I Came in for my first hair cut and I love the atmosphere of the shop, very classy. I can't speak for all the barbers but I had the pleasure of having Alex as mine and he was great. Took the time to ask me what I wanted and made sure I was well taken care of. It can be uneasy going to a shop you are unfamiliar with but if you are looking for a good cut you can ask for Alex. Enjoyed light conversation and left highly satisfied with his work. read more

Great barbershop! My husband got a haircut and a shave and my son got a haircut and my daughter got an undercut! It was busy when we went on a Saturday morning but it went by quick and they did an amazing job with everyone! Can't wait to go back! read more

They should change from walk in to Appointment. Literally I was waiting there for 2 hrs until I got to the sit. No one has 2 hrs to waste. Also the parking lot was full since everyone is waiting in their cars. read more

Extremely long wait time, waited almost an hour and a half for an average/below-average haircut. This has been on multiple occasions. If you want an average haircut and have hours to spend out of your day(mostly just waiting), Bentley's is for you. Otherwise, I have found that there are many other barber shops in the area that have low wait times with the same/better levels of quality of haircut. No availability to make an appointment either, customers are always forced to wait! read more

I brought my son here to get his haircut last year, since then he doesnt want to go to another Barbershop.. The guys there made him feel like a little Man, they engaged in conversation with him, while the place is always busy, so there may be a wait, but its worth it!! Very clean, professional and all the barbers are great with kids!!! read more

I (Evan Nyman) the owner and master barber at Bentleys Barbershop opened the doors in December of 2015 and have been making extreme progress with inside design for customers comfort and relaxation. Building and keeping walk-in clientele since opening day Bentleys is hands down one of if not the classiest barbershops in western mass!

If you're trying to come on a weekend you need to make an appointment well in advance I'm told. It's Tuesday afternoon and Jay says his Saturday is already 100% booked. Weekday seems fine though, there is a sheet for walk ins and it wasn't too long. Big ass waiting area with almost 30 chairs and a TV. It was $15 for a Zero Fade & a little off the top, took about 25 minutes. CASH ONLY. It's lit, definitely come here. This is my new spot.

Evan Nyman is an example of a gentlemen. The moment you walk in Bentleys you get a warm and welcoming hello. Many times I've walked in to other barbershops and no one says anything to me or acknowledge's me. I feel welcomed at Bentleys. Evan is an excellent barber, but there is a million other great barber's. The difference from him and others is that he creates an environment that makes you feel comfortable and establishes a personal relationship with you. He makes you feel confident after getting a haircut. I've been going to Evan since the start, and I have seen him grow as a person and wish nothing but blessings to him and his shop. The best barber shop experience I've had. Fresh cooked food while you wait, TVs, and the icing on the cake was the haircut. Evan is an amazing barber, I would highly recommend to absolutely anyone. I haven't had my haircut by the other barbers but I did see the customers they took care of and they all looked perfect. This barber shop has an attention to detail many others look past. Evan is talented and very good at what he does. He keeps up with current styles so it is a guarantee that you will walk out looking good. Not only will you walk out but getting a hair cut won't break your bank either. Evan's prices are reasonable for the quality hair cut you receive. Absolutely one of the best cuts I've gotten in all of Springfield by Nas. Very efficient amidst the Covid rules. Great vibes in the shop and precise haircut. A few days after my haircut it still looks as good as when I got off the chair. If you want a great cuz go to Nas he's a phenomenal barber and I've had a few.
