It's fine if there is supply chain issues but they never update me. Today they say coming in overnight. Nobody contacted me yesterday or today to schedule appointment. Did not wait long, this handsome tall Sant and pepper hair gentleman came out and took my glasses. Little time passed by when he came back with my new looking glasses. Both ear pieces had to be changed, and even thou they were white before and he put dark ones it looked better , honestly I like them better now. Here comes the surprise! I wanted to give him at least a tip, since he said it wouldn't cost me anything but he refused to take it. I was amazed , I have not met anyone who was doing their job but not taking payment for it. The staff are great, but their lab may be the slowest and most unorganized in Arkansas…read more Absolutely use them for your optometrist visits, but take your prescription elsewhere unless you want to wait over two weeks for your glasses. Even if you do wait past the two weeks, the onus is on you to call and check on the status of your order. Miraculously, when you do call, your glasses will arrive the next day. I'm not sure if that's a coincidence, or if your call somehow motivates them to complete orders more quickly. This happened with both my glasses and sunglasses orders made over two weeks apart. At first I thought it was an anomaly, but it seems to be an issue with all lab orders. Again, the staff are great, but you can find inexpensive glasses elsewhere that won't take 2+ weeks for delivery.
