Consistency in therapy matters so much and seeing the same therapist is of utmost importance. This is not the right way to run a business. He receives physical therapy 1x a week, speech therapy 2x weekly, and occupational therapy 1x weekly. Because of his special needs he has had numerous doctors and therapists throughout his short life, and I can say that we have truly found a home here. The staff and therapists are all very friendly and have always been really polite and understanding. They will work with you with regards to scheduling, and figure out the best options for services depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. (We have a high deductible plan, but we plan ahead and budget for medical expenses accordingly.) As a stay-at-home homeschooling mom, I am on a budget just like everyone else, but Beelieve's services are well worth it to me. My son's speech and clarity have improved so much, as well as his strength and balance. He still struggles with symptoms of his diagnosis, but the work he does while at Beelieve has helped to improve his confidence and stamina, and that trickles down into every aspect of his life! The owner, and main Physical Therapist, Joanna truly cares about her patients and how she can best improve their health and reduce the struggles or pain they may be dealing with. All of the therapists here make going to an appointment feel like playtime! Even after coming every week for 2 years, my son is excited to get up and come back! He works hard during his therapy time and earns stickers and smiley faces that he can later turn in for toys or temporary tattoos. I think the best part about Beelieve is that they really take the time to listen to me as a parent. Instead of answering questions or offering a brief consult, my call was canceled simply because I wasn't prepared to book appointments on the spot. That felt dismissive and sales-driven rather than patient-centered. As someone recovering from surgery, I expect to be able to ask questions and make informed decisions about my care without pressure. This interaction made it clear that Luna prioritizes booking over listening. I won't be moving forward and will be sharing this experience with my provider.

This company is a racket! We have excellent insurance coverage through UHC, which is rarely out of…read morenetwork for any physician or facility. This is from their website: "Commercial insurance: Standard co-pay We accept all major commercial insurance plans, including most PPOs and select HMOs." They also list United Health Care as one of their in network providers. We did our due diligence in making sure our insurance was accepted before scheduling this service and was told we would be charged no more than a $35 copay per visit. We consistently asked why we weren't being charged copays for each time, with no repsonse. A credit card is required up front. They didn't provide a bill until my husband cancelled services after being required by his surgeon to see a different therapist, at which point my husband's credit card was charged $420 for 3 sessions and were told our insurance is out of network. We called the insurance company who confirmed this and let us know that this is a common scam from companies like this. The insurance rep also told us each exercise billed was coded as the most expensive option rather than the more affordable ones. I'm surprsided to see positive reviews because I can't imagine we're the only ones dealing with this fraud. We thought home therapy was the best choice but obviously regret that decision now. It's companies like this that are on the wrong side of healthcare.

After eight sessions of massage therapy and one facial, it's time for me to sing the praises of…read morethis place. But first, a brief history of how I decided to seek massage therapy. I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long.
