What a disappointment! After reading all of the reviews and noticing our home was in their listed service area I booked an appointment online for their special trimming and gutter service. I received several texts confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment I received a text reminding me they would be out in a couple of hours. The appointment time came and went and Beny's Tree Service was a no-show. I called the number on the website to find out what happened and the woman I spoke to said she would have to get back to me. A couple of hours passed and she did call but she called to inform me the they would have to charge more than the price advertised and that they could only come out to my location on a day when someone else in my area needed service and they did not have anyone else lined up in the foreseeable future. She said "it was not really worth it to them". Well, then don't advertise your service area, don't set appointments and confirm said appointments and not show up. Have the decency to at least call ahead and say this vs. not showing up. And most importantly keep your word. IF you say you are going to do something then do it. Honor the deal you set forward. Don't blame things on your marketing department. So unprofessional. read more

Use Beny's!!! There is no point in calling anyone else. Their communication is excellent!! Easy to get ahold of. Quick to give an estimate. Easy to schedule but you have to wait a few days because they are so busy (which shows they do great work and are in high demand). Right on time to do the work. Our yard looks fantastic!!!!! I did not get a full tree trimming but I purchased a package called the tree - roof clearance trim. They trimmed my tree limbs back so they were at least 5 feet away from the roof. I have a lot of oaks that circle the house and some of them were touching the roof. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and all at a great price compared to other tree trimming companies. I would definitely recommend. read more

One of the videos shown on their website is a little misleading...only in the fact it is not showing any trimming around the house from trees that can cause roof damage. The Video just needs some editing. Beny's crews have been at my house for the better part of 2 days. I paid the $250 to take care of the several trees that were in contact with my roof, and for another $400, they took care of several other trees (in 6 other areas) around our property. He showed up with a shredder/chipper with a truck to catch the waste, a 3/4 ton truck with a huge haul trailer to take care of some limbs and trunks too big for the chipper. They came back this morning bright and early to tackle what my wife describes as "the worlds largest living weed"...a +30 year old hackberry (easily 48" diameter at the base and over 3 stories tall) that we were able to come to a more than fair (but undisclosed) price to have it removed. The trunk pieces of that tree filled up the trailer, they shredded the small stuff and that weed was GONE! After filling up both of their haul away trucks TWICE, They cleaned up a mountain of leaves and twigs and small branches, and it looked like the were never there after they finished, AND they blew out the gutters! I would not hesitate to get Beny and his team on your next tree trimming project, that work is way too hard and way too dangerous to tackle on your own. It's an absolute no brainer! Called to have a tree limb hauled off and agreed on a time and pricing. They then called and said they would arrive in 30 minutes, but never showed up. It is now almost three hours past the time they were supposed to arrive and they are not answering phones or replying to text. I tried to reach them 17 times in the past two hours. read more
