The dentist is very personable and always makes sure that you understand the procedure you are about to have and all your options. This past week I loved my visit even more, she knows that I'm very interested in looking at the new technology. This last time she let me to see the 3D printer and how it creates the crowns that are placed the same day. The hygienist showed me the materials used and explained everything to me. Before that she showed me the technology on the computer on how they create a persons crown. After my procedure I took one ibuprofen and was great the next day. I went for cleaning today and the hygienist was great. Dr. Kleem came to check my teeth and she remembered our previous conversation. They care.

I am also very appreciative of the way she has addressed my questions and the way in which she handled the fear I expressed over the need to have a wisdom tooth extracted. She listened to me, and was able to put me at ease for the procedure. I felt nothing secondary to the fact that Dr. Kleem made sure I was totally numb. I followed her after care instructions to the letter and have healed totally. As a former nurse, I really appreciate going to a provider who sees me and hears me. I took into account, that I wanted to continue to go to Dr. Kleem, when I chose my Medicare Advantage plan for 2026! A couple of years ago I…read morewas scheduled for a cleaning when the office called and said they needed to reschedule as the hygienist was going to be out that day. OK. Not a big deal. What they didn't tell me was that they were actually having staffing issues at the time. They told me they could not get me on the schedule for another 6 months! I was shocked! So I'm just supposed to miss my 6 month cleaning? They assured me that there are always cancellations and they they were certain they could get me in soon. They said they would send me a notification whenever there was a cancellation. The problem with that was I would get a notification with very little notice (like less than an hour) and that is not enough time for me to be able to leave work. At this point, I should have just tried to schedule with another dentist, but I had been happy with the care I had received here. Finally, my rescheduled appointment was approaching and I was ready to just put all this behind me when they reached out to tell me they would have to reschedule my appointment as the hygienist would be out that day and, once again, they told me they could not get me on the schedule for another six months! Again, they tried to assure me they would likely get me in sooner, which, again, didn't happen. At this point I did end up looking for a new dentist, and was still waiting because it took a bit to get in for a cleaning as a new patient. I suddenly needed periodontal deep cleanings, which I had never needed before ( I did get a second opinion on that just to be sure). I attribute this issue to going over a year without a cleaning due to Hudec repeatedly cancelling my appointments. I did reach out to them about this and all they said was "Well, you should have sought care elsewhere then." And yes, maybe I should have sought care elsewhere sooner, but they never informed me they had been understaffed for so long and then tried to push their staffing issues onto me. They should have tried to get me in at another one of their offices instead of just telling me I would have to wait another 6 months each time. Also, they shouldn't have kept assuring me they would be able to get me in sooner when that was basically impossible. I was highly disappointed in their lack of customer service and accountability.

I do not have dental insurance, but their prices are affordable and definitely cheaper than most dental offices in the area. They accept most dental insurance if you plan to use your dental insurance. I ended up choosing their dental plan which was within my price range that fits my needs.
