I am writing this review to share my experience after receiving cosmetic dental bonding on multiple…read moreteeth at this practice. While the cosmetic bonding was meant to improve my smile, I am less happy with how it looks now than before. In my experience with one specific tooth, the material did not appear contoured flush to my tooth structure, leaving what felt like a noticeable overhanging margin. Because it did not feel properly sealed against the tooth, it created what felt like a constant trap for plaque and food, making it incredibly difficult to clean. Due to my concerns over potential gum irritation and the risk of decay under the material, I chose to visit a different dentist a few days later to have the bonding fixed and re-contoured. As shown in the attached photos, which I took just a few days after my initial appointment, the top of the bonding on this tooth was raised over my gum line and did not appear attached to my actual tooth structure. My photos demonstrate my experience clearly: I could easily slip dental floss directly behind the top front edge of the bonding because of this physical gap. Furthermore, the material feels excessively bulky in my mouth, and the final shapes of the teeth are aesthetically unappealing to me. I spent a significant amount of money here on cosmetic work. Ultimately, I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with these results. It is not only frustrating, but heartbreaking to invest so much money into a procedure only to feel unhappy with the outcome, and I truly wish I had gone elsewhere!

***CAVITY FILL NIGHTMARE*** This is a long one, but worth…read morethe read. I had been a patient here for years and had lots of good experiences. That's until I let them know I was moving, and attitudes seemed to change. I needed three cavities filled and was able to squeeze in an appointment a few days before my move. It was a long and uncomfortable experience. I believe I was given too much numbing cream and was extremely numb for a good part of the day. The dental assistant even made a comment, "wow, you're really numb". When they finished, I went down the hall to use the restroom. When I looked in the mirror, I immediately noticed a change to one of my teeth. I have the front four bonded and it was clear that one had been chipped. I went back into the office and was brushed off by the lady that did the fillings. Thinking I was crazy, I left and went home. Looking again in the car and when I went home, I was certain there was a small chip and a bit of a jagged edge to my tooth. With my move around the corner, I debated on going back. That's until I tried to floss... between the teeth that were filled, I could barely get floss in and actually broke my floss trying. At this point, I knew I had to go back. When I sat down and explained to the dentist about the chip and problem getting floss in between the filled teeth, he literally shrugged his shoulders at me. ZERO apology for chipping my tooth. I understand my teeth are bonded, but this has not happened in decades, and was clearly their doing. He said my options were to file the rough edge or CHARGE ME $200 to add bonding. Yes, the bonding THEY broke, I would have to pay to get fixed. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had with a business. I honestly just wanted to get out of there, so had him file it. This left me with a slightly larger gap, but I figured I would just live with it. Fast forward a couple weeks, and I'm now moved across country. One of the teeth that they filled, is now sensitive to cold and I'm going to have to find a dentist quickly to look at it and fix it. WOW. I am absolutely disgusted at the whole situation and they will not receive a penny from me, outside of what they've taken from insurance. This was a reminder, that you never really know someone or a company, until you do. I would warn anyone going here, that they may present to have your best interest in mind, until they don't.

As soon as I opened the door, I felt a calmness. The room was inviting, there was soft music playing and Miss Linda greeted me warmly and immediately with a big smile. Ms Barb welcomed me within two minutes and mentioned they would be doing some imaging and explained everything along the way. We decided on a root canal that day, my heart immediately started to beat fast and I told both Ms Barb and Dr Mickel of my past unpleasant experience, and my hesitation. They were both very affirming and encouraging. They allowed me time to center myself and gave me a squishy ball. They talked me thru it and explained every step.
