They have good restaurants and shops here like Safeway, Staples, Peets, and more. I went around to find restaurants I want to go in the future. The shopping center is very huge, but seemingly there weren't many places to go to here. It's also very convenient for Milpitas residents to go due to how I describe this area in terms of size.

Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

It is extreme joy to find a parking on a Saturday afternoon even the parking lot is huge . Some of it favorite places to visit are Hui Lau Shan mango dessert , Hong Kong style BBQ duck and pork restaurant called Ocean Pearl . It has very good lunch combo and the food quality are excellent.
