I like how this mall has so much variety in activities and stores - they also have Coldstone ice cream, old navy, Uniqlo, cinemark theaters, Asian stores, card stores (ygo, Pokémon, etc), Sephora for makeup, a good Indian food spot, Chipotle, jollibee, onigiri, escape room, and even a nonprofit cat store where you could pay a few hundred to adopt a cat!! Coming here at opening time is the best time in terms of easier traffic and parking navigation. Was even able to get parking under the covered parking structure so we got shade. When we came here at opening time and left by about 230pm, that offered great traffic and parking flow. Much less headache than other times.

Imagine that there are a lot of businesses renting and many customers shopping but Seasons management cannot provide a decent, clean and new toilet / restrooms. Used toilet paper & trash are everywhere. Can you not check it? It's very disgusting! Please renovate and clean it!!! PS: Next time, I will take photos and show them here.

It is located in a convenient location with a big parking , pretty closed to 880 high way exit . I enjoy to go there on weekdays and avoid weekends. It is extreme joy to find a parking on a Saturday afternoon even the parking lot is huge . Some of it favorite places to visit are Hui Lau Shan mango dessert , Hong Kong style BBQ duck and pork restaurant called Ocean Pearl . It has very good lunch combo and the food quality are excellent. I always go to the busy 85 Degrees Bakery hot spot behind the building/back side of plaza for tiger milk boba tea, coffee, cakes, and pastries. Sweet spot. It's a much lower key place than Milpitas Center. Hong Kong Cantonese Top Cafe is still in business if you want fast cafe foods. Not sure if Thai restaurant has gone out of business or not. They never have the lights on again. Vietnamese Pho place is still operating. Very quiet though. Browse around! Love the patio tables/chairs. Plenty of spots under the sun outside. People come over here for takeouts and dim sums most of the time. Empty retail spaces inside. Looks pretty dead these days. There are still very beautiful views if you take the time to look around.
