The company I used in the past for roofing/gutter issues had closed, so I reached out to AD Roofing based on a recommendation from my realtor. As far as I can tell this issue has been resolved. One of their technicians cleaned and re-caulked the corner section and I haven't noticed any water below it since. The only "complaint" I have is that I didn't know what exactly they had done until a few days later when I reached out to find out and I didn't know how much I was being charged until a bill arrived in the mail. I'm glad it wasn't an expensive job and they could get it done so quickly and easily. I just wish there was a little more communication so I was in the loop right away about what was being done and how much it would cost.

Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts.
