Eric and others worked patiently and ideally with our seven children's various assignments for the planning processes, even though they each lived in different states and the viewing, funeral, and burial were all in Heber City. Our daughters were patiently and encouragingly included in the dressing of their mother at the center in Provo, which I witnessed and appreciated for the kind and tender care for them and for the deceased. With everything that is done there is a reason for and explanation for it. I respect what the Funeral Director tells me and trust them completely. The cosmetics were beautifully done and looked flawless. There are many extra steps they took to insure my mother looked her best. I've noticed that Premier takes pride it what they do and you can truly tell it is something that they are passionate about. The funeral services were a wonderful tribute to my mother. The recordings of the funeral are done for FREE. They were kind enough to even offer this service and made sure to tell me that although they will do the recording they cannot promise it will work... which is understandable. If you want to make sure the recording works use your iPhone. We are all human! We do the best we can. I loved that they were kind enough to even think of this service. With everything they do and how easy the process was for me this was one of the last things I expected. Disregard any negative comment you read. This is a hard and difficult time for people and others like to take their anger out at the people that are helping them the most. I was pleased to see that Steve first had us tell him what we were thinking about and then he made some suggestions on how Spring Creek could help us. From the beginning of our planning, I felt as if our wishes were followed exactly and we were able to celebrate the life of my husband in a way that we'll remember with fondness. My favorite activity was sitting in a circle in their chapel and taking turns at remembering some of our dearest experiences and also some of the funny times that have bound our family together. I did notice that as we conducted our own service - that Steve stayed close to us, out in the hallway, to be there if he was needed. (if we're being very generous.) anyways, this was a decent haunt. definitely the best in provo-orem. love the historic, gothic headstones, though it's sadly not as ornate or atmospheric overall as other cemeteries i've been to. i stroll alone, come with friends, even brought a prospective lover here once. listened to a lot of mitski in here. 6.5/10 - overall decent g-yard.
