Jason handled everything with grace and dignity. I had to make some calls in the evening to make sure things were being done and he never once complained about the lateness of my calls and made sure my wife's family was completely taken care of. He ran the virtual streaming of the outdoor service, which was watched by over 50 family and friends who couldn't be there. I purchased this in a pre-paid burial plan that was compliant with Medicaid asset restrictions. I also found the headstone to be a great deal. Randy Klaus, the business owner, gives great customer service--He was always easy to reach and was patient with my multiple questions! He is also well-versed in LDS burial traditions.

They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team. We found them to be completely honest. We hope others will find this review very helpful, and we wish them all the best.
