Both attempts have been through Booksy. The only barber available to book through is "Greg The Master Barber" but according to his own words on Booksy... "you book with Greg you book with any barber available". Both times I've showed up to my scheduled appointment time and was left waiting for a half hour with no clue who my barber was as "Greg" was either no where to be found or 4-5 heads deep. It's ridiculous. You'd likely have an easier experience just walking in with no appointment, otherwise, you'll be completely lost. This place seems to have no idea what they are doing in regard to scheduling. If I'm taking the time to be ON TIME as a CLIENT then the business can, at the BARE minimum, do the same. 10/10 would not recommend this place unless you have the time to wait around for 2-3 hours.

I waited 40 minutes with a check in (and yes.. I know the disclaimer about a BRIEF wait time - so like 5-10 minutes no big deal, but 40 is unacceptable). They had two people working and the place was absolutely PACKED. I mentioned this and was told "oh well... someone called out sick so everyone is waiting". no apology, no discount, nothing. I asked for contact information for a manager / franchise owner so I can talk to them versus being upset with the people working there (because poor staffing / planning is really a management problem), and was told they have been banned from giving the info out...which really says it all. Management simply doesn't care. Additionally, my wife went to get her haircut a few weeks ago and was unhappy with the results. Between this, today's experience and the fact that it now costs $26+ (not including tip!) for a standard haircut (I remember not too long ago it was like $11), I think it's time to forget supercuts.
