Went in to have something removed off my cheek as cosmetic Cameron was wonderful I said I just wanted it freezed off so it wasn't there in a few skin tags he looked at it and said I'll biopsy it thought he was overreacting told him to freeze some skin tags he said oh I'm going to biopsy neck and he did freeze a few things off my forehead now it looks good biopsied A big something on my foot biopsies came back normally except for my net had basal cell skin cancer got a little worried called as soon as I got to biopsy report the front desk was very nice I asked to get an appointment as soon as possible to get more biopsies so that way I would have my test results when I saw Dr Carter when he removes my basal cell cancer and they said great idea they got me in the very next day they are great very professional from the office all the way to the doctors Cameron is very thorough I want to thank him for his professionalism taking his job seriously and Medical Arts thank you for being there for me I've already referred four people to this great office if I could give them a 10 star I would read more

I have had several basal cell cancer removed when living in Arizona that has left scares. Doctor Carter has given me treatments that have not been scaring. I spent $1000 on fillers that were supposed to last up to 2 years . There was some swelling for about a week, it did look a bit fuller for that period of time. Then it went exactly back to the same creases. Zero difference! That is a lot of money to waste for no results. They never returned me calls questioning the service. read more

Tiffany nutter and Teresa the office manager need new jobs. Teresa violated ADA laws regarding me being deaf and Tiffany took it upon herself to Jab me with Botox in places not requested. Then tried to charge me more to correct her issues. Teresa has hung up on me several times. Took a day off work for my appointment. Recieved 3 reminders, indicating the time of my appointment, from their office in the days leading up to my scheduled appointment. On the day of my apponitment, they contacted me 45 minutes before my appointment and told me I would have to reschedule because I was 15 minutes late. I explained that all of their messages indicated I shouldn't be there for another 45 minutes and they said I should have been there 1 hour before my scheduled appointment. Now I would need to reschedule. I would give them less than 1 star if possible!! read more

I just moved to St George and looked online for a place that could meet all my beauty service needs and found this spa. I went in for my regular Botox injections to see if this would be my permanent new place. I am so disappointed in the Botox. They water it down with so much saline I have no results on day 7. The Botox treatments I have always had, usually take effect day 3. I have seen no difference and no true effects from the Botox here. Highly disappointed and hope they change the watering down of the Botox. I am now afraid to try anyone else in St George and will find a reputable place in Vegas. read more

I have never been treated so badly. I wanted to use a different lab than they wanted so they tried to bully me into using theirs. Asked me why I even came there, was it an accident, and then said if I don't want to use their services I should not have come. I won't being going back. Ok. so yes, I have experienced better service with other medical spas. I found them online with average reviews and some negative reviews for communicating and thought we all have minor issues with communication but I figured why not. :/ I visited their website, reviewing their services offered, staff bios, their reviews, and their specials. I found a service that was on special for April called dermalinfusion! So I called in and asked if there were any openings available today, the receptionist said there was availability at 2 pm. I thought 'wonderful' and confirmed the appointment. I asked if there were forms that I could complete before the appointment and I was directed to go to the website. With the completed forms in hand, I walked into the office and the receptionist looked at her scheduled again and stated she had made a mistake for scheduling me that day. A bit frustrating to change my plans for the day and to be informed there was a scheduling error. Thus, I had to re-schedule for another day. No problem I thought...and I am thinking this is "Strike One". read more

Just noticed a bad review for this place. Can't believe it. I've only had very positive experiences. I've never gotten Botox, so can't rate them in that category. However, I have had several foto facials done there over the last few years. Can't imagine anyone doing a better job at that. The techs are great and prices very reasonable. read more

I have been to Riverside medical arts at least six different times for Botox appointments. However I went to the doctor because I was having some hair loss issues and got referred to Dr. Carter. When the office called me to make the appointment they told me that the appointment would be approximately three to $400. I have medical insurance however they said that they didn't bill medical insurance for hair loss. So I called my UnitedHealthcare and they told me that they did pay for the appointment, the bloodwork, and the biopsy for hair loss. I called medical arts back and told them that it was a covered appointment. The receptionist told me that Dr. Carter just doesn't billl medical insurance for hair loss only cash. So basically he doesn't want to take any right offs for medical insurance for hair loss he just wants the money. I've been a patient there for over a year and I have spent over $3000 in the last year and a half at Riverside Medical arts on Botox but now I actually need a dermatologist for a medical issue they won't except my insurance they want only cash. I find this to just be incredibly greedy. I called my doctor back and asked him to refer me to another dermatologist that would take my medical insurance and I told Riverside Medical Arts that I would be getting my Botox somewhere else that I would never return as a patient there obviously all they care about is money. read more

Out-of-office communication is poor. I did not receive one correspondence that I owed money (BCBS insurrance rejects their services), and they sent a slimy debt collector with huge fees after me. I will not recommend this office to any of my friends, family or acquaintances. read more

I have had botox and brow waxes. The techs are great and I am totally satisfied. It does seem a little bit expensive though.

I have followed the people running this for years and years from different medical spas all around St George. I felt like I was a life time loyal customer. Then... omg i needed to cancel my appointment because i had several things happen at my work with people calling in sick etc. I called Riverside at 9:00 am to cancel my 3:00 appt. they said well they will deduct $25.00 from the credit i had on my account... ( I had purchased a package deal) ... i said what do you mean? They said well if you cancel before 24 hours we charge you. I was like what??? i was shocked. i said i called as soon as i could. they didn't care. They got their 25.00 bucks. but they will never get another dime from me. I am in customer service at a local retailer and give seminars regarding customer service and routinely tell this story of what not to do.It's too bad, i liked the people, the products and results, but the $25.00 they got from me, was more important to them, than my continued business!!! read more
