Bad work by the builder 20 years ago. Corrected the problem as was meticulous about proper venting on the new roof. Living on the wet coast, good venting and wind proof roofing is a must. Job Done. Don has also done some yard fencing. He works with us. Is honest and direct about costs. He stays on task and gets the job done, which in experience with other contractors, is not always the case.

Everything was first class. Brooke is a great communicator - she responded to every email promptly and thoroughly, and we always felt listened to and taken care of. When questions arose, we would get an email or a call, asking us how we wanted things done. Brooke and Matt would meet with us at their office or at our condo to go over details. Matt is an artist at what he does, and an absolute perfectionist. When our shower tile was halfway complete, Matt was not satisfied with how it was turning out. He had the subcontractor take the tile off and start over, and the end result is beautiful. Were there hiccups? Of course, every project has them. But the bottom line is how those challenges, surprises, and changes are handled. We always felt in the loop, and all the challenges were met with quality (and sometimes very creative) solutions.
