Well for yrs I've seen doctors and therapist with no results. I saw Dr DeV and I was shocked he took his time to hear of my battle with anxiety and took some test, not just write me an rx for meds that I never take because they don't work and the side effects are worse then the anxiety. He also referred me to Dr. King a cognitive behavioral therapist and now after 6 yrs I no longer have the anxiety and med free. Then I developed a severe bacterial infection and was hospitalized for 3 days 2 wks ago feeling the same symptoms I saw him today and he realized I was given antibiotics in the hospital that was not proven to kill the specific infection and made a weird face like, "why" ? I'm now on proven meds to finally kill this infection and I'm fully confident in his care. My family and I will see him til he retires. Oh and I never wait more then 10 mins in the very nice and comfortable waiting room. His male assistant could act like he wants to be there lol he's nice but seems a lil bored or down. Nice guy though. The front office and schedule coordinator are very pleasant always. I don't want them to get very busy but I have to yelp about this awesome team. Not only is he a real and honest Doctor, he has the best personality! And is not bad to look at ;) he is to the point but with a cheerful attitude.

I was told by staff she would fill my hormone prescriptions and she said NO. Lack of communication between the 2 parties. Totally over rated office. Drive out of Fayetteville to get a real Integrative office and it's worth the drive. They know nothing about Hashimoto's or MTHFR seek a real professional not one trying to be one.

I've been my own medical advocate for quite sometime after a few chronic illnesses, so I needed a doctor who trusted my opinion and didn't look down on me because of my age. Dr. Bergstrom and Dr. Keller are both these kind of physicians! Dr. Keller was my first doctor at this practice. His manner is extremely calm and patient. He listened to everything I had to say and spent a generous amount of time with me. I was so grateful for his outside-of-the-box thinking that got me a good diagnosis and fast relief. He definitely cares about his patients. I am now seeing Dr. Bergstrom as a regular patient and I love him! He is funny and makes you feel comfortable about anything you need to say during the appointment. He also is willing to listen to everything. He even is very open to my suggestions after doing my own research about treatments. I'm so glad since I'm the one who knows my body best. The whole office is very calm; it's never very busy. I'm always the youngest patient in my 20s by a decade at least. I've never waited more than 15 minutes, and I'm always out of the office within the hour unless something weird happens (likes I need an EKG--which they have in the office!). I'm a fan!

AIM has always billed me in the past and i pay what i owe in $50 increments. that's how i have to do it. billing did not care. they invited me to leave since i had no money. they do not care about patients only money!!! and i didn't owe the entirety of the $275 because i've been to the dr this year already. if they had simply billed me they would have figured this out. but a blanket $275 due up front regardless of circumstances stinks and is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!
