I stopped into Carpet Tile Depot and they were nothing but helpful. Found the perfect carpet for half of what the big box was charging. What about the delivery? The owner called one of his installers and the dude could do it the next day. Same day if I really needed it. Are you kidding me? The installation went perfectly, the installer left the place spotless and 24 hour service. I gave five stars because there wasn't an option for six I highly recommend!

We decided on a carpet after taking samples home and RJ said he'd order the carpet and it would take about 10 days. 3 weeks later I called wondering if the carpet had arrived. They said it had arrived yesterday and he'd call the next day with an install date. 3 days later and no call, I called back and was told they could install it the next day. The installer was amazing! Informative, knowledgeable and top tier. I just felt that since it was such a small job it wasn't as important. I do like the runner though-very nice addition. If I had a bigger job i'd definitely go back.

For background, I shopped around quite a bit and ended up starting with another company in town who offered a lower price and assurances that they would do quality work. That other company let me down after starting demo and leaving on day one. Upon my first visit at Comfort Flooring shortly thereafter, Wendy greeted me with a smile and took care of me and assured me that we will take care of her and end up being a happy customer. I certainly am. While a higher price than competitors, the higher cost is worth it for peace of mind and quality work. You get what you pay for, and for a long-term flooring solution, the extra cost is worth it. Wendy's walk-through of our house was helpful and she was very patient as we looked at many, many samples across many days. The ability to take home a few sample panels on a few occasions was nice. Great communication from start to finish, as we had many moving parts with a kitchen renovation and other work to be done in our house. The 2 installers were great. All-around nice guys who were skilled at their trade. The quality of work on our installation was impeccable. Attention to detail in all aspects of the project. Our sales person, Rob, was extremely knowledgeable because he has years of experience actually putting in various types of flooring. They had a large selection to choose from and let us take several samples home. We chose a very high-quality floor since we have two large dogs. We compared their pricing with a couple other places and it was competitive. Rob was very helpful during the installation as well. I called him a few times for advice. Returned the product because it was defective not because I changed my mind or had extra. They would not give me 100% of my money back. They kept the 25% restocking fee even tho their product was unusable. No offer to make it right or exchange for another product. Do not purchase from them because they will not back their own product. Beware of their return policy because they can sell you crap and keep 25% of your money!

Hires electrician to do work not on contract, then demands you pay it without asking prior to do a change of order or addition to expense. I think not.. (my son is a electrician) Expects all money or more than 75% before half way done only to walk out on project taking cabinets you paid the difference for delivered to his own address so he can return them & leave you high and dry when he plans a argument, cussing you and his worker out when confronted about the fraud plumbing job. His contract isn't a contract just the beginning mark up on what he can steal from you. He has two others women suing him (look it up) & is a felon & thief. He doesn't work well with others & is a master con artist and double charges ya by making his descriptions so you don't understand the details. States he has been in business 33yrs but if you look up his business it's only 7yrs old. Do NOT hire or trust this man. He will take all your money & start but not finish a single job. His one worker will be the only person showing up & then you get to hear him cuss, belittle & demean him daily. It was awful & it's no wonder he doesn't have workers. He is the worst & is highly rated on BBB but if you ask me it has to be all fake when he has a rap sheet with ppl suing him & doing unlicensed work like he does.
