Some responded and were not so professional. Others did not respond. But, Tax Worx responded fast, and were professional. This was all over FB messenger. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. Tracy was amazing. She laughed with us, and worked through with us the whole time. We did have to bring our two kiddos with us. That say quietly and she was very kind about having them there. Now, I would not recommend taking kiddos of they are not quiet or constantly interrupting. Because you will need to stay focused as they may have questions. In the end I highly recommend this location and I recommend Tracy.
