Some responded and were not so professional. Others did not respond. But, Tax Worx responded fast, and were professional. This was all over FB messenger. We were able to get an appointment very quickly. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. Tracy was amazing. She laughed with us, and worked through with us the whole time. We did have to bring our two kiddos with us. That say quietly and she was very kind about having them there. Now, I would not recommend taking kiddos of they are not quiet or constantly interrupting. Because you will need to stay focused as they may have questions. In the end I highly recommend this location and I recommend Tracy.

MAY 29th, Another LETTER FROM THE OKLAHOMA STATE TAX COMMISSION. You now owe over $3,300.00 MAY 30th, Called Oklahoma State Tax Commission. "I paid over $850.00 to have my taxes done by FLEMING TAX SERVICE...Oklahoma State Tax Commission tole me,; "Tell Fleming Tax Service to CALL US" Contacted Fleming Tax Service and told them what OKLAHOMA STATE TAX COMMISSION told me. Middle of JUNE. (Two Months now). *Recorded Message from Tyler Heidebrecht; "I uploaded the information. This Will Now Go Away." JULY 5th, LETTER THREE FROM THE OKLAHOMA STATE TAX COMMISSION; "You now owe the original amount PLUS PENALTIES AND INTEREST. JULY 7th, Took this letter from the Oklahoma State Tax Commission to Fleming Tax Service. They made copies and said it would be taken care of. JULY 11h, *Recorded message from Tyler Heidebrecht; "I have refiled all the documents and this will now Go Away"...He then said: "Fleming Tax Service Will No Longer Do Your Taxes. AUGUST-SEPTEMBER, SEPTEMBER 19th...After THREE MORE LETTERS FROM THE OKLAHOMA STATE TAX COMMISSION, I Went to the Tax Commission office MYSELF. SEPTEMBER 19th. At the Tax Commission Office I was given a copy of the forms and shown where Fleming Tax Failed To Properly File. SEPTEMBER 20th. The Next Day. I had my bank make out a check for the corrected amount, and mailed it. SEPTEMBER 20th. ALL DONE CORRECTLY NOW, Thanks to ME. OCTOBER 14th, Almost a Month Later, I receive an E Mail from Tyler Heidebrecht: "I contacted the Oklahoma State Tax Commission and there is nothing Due any longer, and Fleming Tax has done everything correctly. That E Mail... A MONTH AFTER I SAW THE TAX COMMISSION AND I GOT THINGS STRAIGHT. (Of Course Nothing Is Due...I FIXED IT). Six Months..."Fleming Tax Service Did Everything Correctly" Really???
