Upon entering, we wandered around for a time while the young woman was on the phone. When she had completed her call, she continued to ignore us, and when we asked for help, it seemed that we were interrupting her day. We told her what we are looking to do, and after only about 2 minutes, she told us that if we had pictures of the things we liked, to email them and they would 'take a look'. At that point she just pointed us toward some samples and told us that if we had any questions, to ask. Well, we had a lot of questions, but it was obvious that she wasn't the person to be dealing with. We since found a place in the Capital District that has done a great job in investigating our needs and recommending solutions. Since our experience a couple months ago, we have heard similar opinions form others who have been frustrated with their lack of service. Unfortunately, we would suggest avoiding Lee Tile.
