We ended up with some soy candles that smell amazing...Tobacco Oud and Farmers Market. I enjoyed meeting the owner who was so friendly and gave me some history about her store. If you are in the area make sure to stop by to see all the beautiful things they have and I can guarantee you will walk out with a bag of goodies. It took about a week for them to respond, and once again I was told that all sales were final, despite the item not matching its description. Because the seller refused to work with me or offer a reasonable resolution, I had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank. Based on my experience, I found the communication to be poor, the customer service unhelpful, and the handling of the issue disappointing. I would encourage potential buyers to understand the seller's return policy and consider the risks before making a purchase.
