I took my regulator back and decided to call Divers Direct in Charlotte. They will do the same service for $57 + parts. I really try to help the local business but this time, I am done with the Bermuda Triangle.

I have a busy schedule, so I appreciated the ability to complete the online learning on my own time, at my own pace. And do the pool dives in the middle of a weekday. Ben was incredibly helpful for my pool and open water dives. Obviously, he knows a ton about scuba. He always made sure I felt comfortable and safe during each of our dives. He took the knowledge I came in with and built from there. Whenever I struggled with a skill he knew how to aid and explain based on my knowledge and learning style.
