I was having a hard time finding a home and Chris came along with the offer to rent his family home and I was honored. But when I moved in, the house was not clean, I had an 8 month pregnant wife who was not able to take care of it and so I did. An anomaly, right? I was told upon moving in that if I ever had a problem, I should contact him directly due to his tie to the home and that lasted until the sink collapsed downstairs and I had to rush back from work to investigate. I called for over a week with no response and a text from a new assistant that said I should not contact him anymore and that all dealings would go through her. Now in the meantime I was waiting I had taken pictures and video in the aftermath and a few weeks later, it was finally taken care of. I also was promised a door for my daughter's room that only came over 6 months later and constant calls about when it would be done. In the interim of waiting, I was told that I should take a door from another part of the house and use that! The communication breakdown goes much further but I will take legal action for the rest including charging for things that were clearly a problem when I moved in and I have pictures. The saddest part is that what was supposed to be the greatest part of my life was tainted by someone who I thought was a good person and had the best intentions. I never withheld a rent payment, was late or had any retaliatory actions toward this realtor, but I cannot judge why some people do what they do.

He made an appointment and showed me the property that same day. My first impression was that he was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions readily. I realized over time that because of all his additional attributes (Professional, always responsive, and very patient), he was the perfect realtor. It had been over 30 years since my husband, and I had previously scoured the cities in search of that one perfect realtor to help us find the house that was perfect for us at that time. Zac Bidelman patiently spent at least two years showing me various properties. He quickly fine-tuned the amenities that I was in search of until it basically came down to 3 or 4 properties. Once the perfect location came on the market, he helped me create an offer that he presented immediately. His quick action was the sole reason that I was able to buy the property that was perfectly suited to me. The second phase of my quest was to subsequently sell my house. During that process Zac assisted me with the preparations of getting the house we built 33 years prior ready for sale. His company hired an inspector and then advised me how to prioritize what to repair from the inspector's list. Zac had a "Stager" available to me who helped me get the house aesthetically ready to be viewed. The professional photographer that he used took exceptional photographs that helped present my house in the best possible light. This also included drone shots which helped highlight the fabulous view from and around my home. Regarding setting the sales price of my house, he listened to my input of what I felt the price should be set at - given that I knew my property and adjacent locations so well after living in the house for over three decades. I have to admit ....NOT happy with their service…read more They wanted to list our house for $10,000 less than we wanted. We listed for what we wanted and got that price in 3 days on market. After sale, we left a few small items by mistake in a cabinet we forgot to clean out.. New home owners wanted us to pay $200 to get our stuff or remove the wood trim and carpet we had left up in the garages rafters. Asked Chad to talk to them and help us out since we moved 70 miles away These item were use able to the house. He did not return my call after speaking with the new owners and finally responded to my text that the new owners told him it was garbage and that we should deal with them? Really????...No follow up customer service. We went the next day to go get our things and pay the new owners. After that I texted him how disappointed I was with his service, he said he would of helped? Really, how I asked? He never responded. Finally I texted him again on how he was planning to help us? He finally replied our deal was done, it's over! Sad ...since we are out of the area I guess we don't matter anymore. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE. They also had 2 other houses listed in our neighborhood for over 3 months and have NOT sold them yet!
