While I was there she demanded that I put my phone down while interacting with her even though I clearly needed to look at it to reference my receipt number and address to my new home. When I corrected her spelling of my email she raised her voice to me and yelled "that's what I said!". When I mentioned I had checked in online and that the information I couldn't find for her should be on the site she acted like I had made something up and that preregistration wasn't an option they offered. The entire interaction left me baffled and took me off guard. I was literally shaking by the time I left. I'll never do business with this company again. You never really know what a stranger is going through from both sides and I hope this was a singular occurrence. No matter what, just be nice and be a good person.
