By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. Because of this location's lack of service and poor management, my business has now suffered delays and unnecessary stress. Not recommended.

They have 1/2 day and full day rentals, and they have different sizes of tillers as well as a wide variety of equipment, including lawn rollers and U-Hauls. Very happy with the service we received.

Another sign, on the office door, says it's open till 4:30, but the door is locked and nobody is around. I turn around in the parking lot to leave and see another sign that says they stop taking metal scrap at 4:15. I come back the next day before 4:15. I'd been stuck behind a train crossing just before Franklin's building, but I was still there, in their office, before 4:15, according to their office clock and my iPhone. A woman sends me outside the building and around to the back, where a guy comes out. I open my trunk to show what I have. He says, "We stop taking metal scrap at 4:15." I say, "It's not 4:15 yet." He argues with me, obviously trying to get me to leave. He turns his back to me and starts walking away, so I start telling him about yesterday's experience, "Your website says you're open until 5." He denies that fact several times, then finally yells, "The website is wrong!" He was not only wrong, he was rude and loud. He refused to take my scrap, despite the fact that I was following what company signs said. He apparently wanted to go home early, and no amount of my pointing to the fact that I was following the company's signs was going to get him to do his job. I had gone through a lot of trouble to collect this scrap for more than 2 years, save it from the landfill, and try to do the right thing by recycling the Earth's resources. This hassle cost me way more time than it's worth. An employee bullied a middle-aged woman so he could go home early. Don't even try to do business with Franklin. They will argue with you until past whatever time they decide to say is closing time so they don't have to lift a finger for recycling. Don't even try to reason with Franklin's staff because they'll just shout at you and bully you until you leave. It was a horrible experience and tremendous waste of time.

When I got in there was a small growing line but I was so impressed by the representative making eye contact and speaking to each customer and yet not Taking away from the customer she was helping!!! I can't say I've ever seen customer service on this level. She also was in great spirits and high energy, not annoying high energy but warm...like an aunt. She was able to help me with my FedEx shipment. It doesn't work how it would at a FedEx office ship & print, though I was still able to use my account. I'm not sure if I'll ever be in this town again but I just had to take a moment and shout out Heather! She is a rockstar and I hope she receives the appreciation she deserves. Thanks much!

They had a good selection of fabric and sewing machines and sergers. Staff was helpful and friendly. When the new owners took over, I only went there once or twice. I wasn't impressed. They only offered one brand of machine and their fabric line wasn't as good either. Staff didn't appear as helpful. I don't know what they are like since they moved. I guess I should give them another try, but I don't go to Kalamazoo that often.

I love this place cause any time I wasn't able to park where I'm LEGALLY allowed cause I have the handicapped plate all I've had to do is tell an attendant if someone was illegally parked and they took care of it.. not this lady.
