Learning the ins and outs of the B790 Pro with her guidance made me feel empowered. She didn't just explain features--she made the machine come alive. And spending time with her was genuinely fun, like chatting with a friend who just happens to know everything about the Bernina universe. Ron and Kim helped me make the decision to buy the machine--but what set them apart was their honesty. I brought in my 40+ year old Sears sewing machine. i wasn't even sure it could be fixed. The staff there could not have been more helpful. They were respectful and listened to my issues. And they were able to fix it! I will definitely return for any sewing needs. read more
