600 is such a cute place for a lovely meal!…read more We have been multiple times but stopped in on a recent sunny afternoon for some lunch. 600 is so light and airy, we really love the atmosphere!! We had a really great waitress, I wish I would have gotten her name! She was doing the job of hostess and waitress to multiple tables, and doing it all very well! We ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad for our lunch entrees! Both were very good and presented very well! While the food is good and quality feels high - the price is also on the high side. For a sandwich and a salad, waters to drink, we spent over $50 for our lunch! Just something to be aware of! While we had time - the experience was not fast. Something to be aware of if needing a quick lunch. The restaurant was not overly busy but the wait was a little long to receive our order. I ordered a salmon salad - the menu nor the website specify if the salmon is wild caught or farmed. I would really love to know this information - the price would be much better reflected if it were indeed wild caught. :)

The service was on the slower side and could have used more attention to detail--coffee refills were missed, and we didn't have spoons to stir our coffee. That said, our server was kind and had a gentle, pleasant demeanor. The food overall was very good. Only one person in our group was disappointed--the chicken and waffles were described as dry, with the chicken coating lacking flavor. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, and the desserts were a standout; they were excellent and loved by all. One area that could use improvement is the upstairs bathroom. While it was well stocked with supplies, it needed cleaning. Clear signage for the upstairs restroom and perhaps a nice piece of artwork would also be welcome touches. Overall, a nice brunch experience with great desserts and room for a few improvements.

We came here recently after a tornado had tore through town the day prior and the place was packed but they didn't skip a beat. Everything came out fairly quickly, fresh, hot and with a smile. They allowed the guests to charge phones and devices while they were there and it was lovely. Our kids enjoy going here also. The pancakes are fluffy and as large as a plate. The cinnamon rolls are huge and they have a very dark cinnamon icing on them, not your typical white cream cheese or powdered sugar icing. The country fried steak is also very good. If you prefer sour dough toast, you will not be getting that here but that's ok because the other options are still great. Sitting at the kitchen table/bar/community table is always fun. I don't think you'll get anything here you don't like. The breakfast bowl is huge and has all the meat and veggies you could be looking for. So if you're hungry, go for that! If there is a wait to be seated, I promise it's going to be worth it.

Admittedly our first choices were not open due to power outages. This is a new place that we have never noticed before. I believe this building used to house Theo and Stacey's and then Berries. The service was attentive and kind here, however our meals left us with a less than stellar opinion and a lack of desire to return. I can see from another reviews here that the owner says the food is mostly "house-made". I am not certain if this phrasing means the same thing as homemade, but none of our meals tasted at all homemade. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with the added option of eggs and potatoes for an extra $3. Nothing on my plate tasted homemade to my palate. The biscuits were not warm and tasted like a premade item, not like a fresh biscuit, at all. The gravy definitely had a canned taste and appearance - not flavorful or very warm. The eggs were fine, cooked to order. The breakfast potatoes did not look fresh cut and were undercooked and not seasoned as our waitress described. They definitely had a premade appearance. I have ordered biscuits and gravy all over this town, I'm not a rookie in this field. ;) My son ordered a Benedict. It was very basic, as expected, but with a bland, cold sauce. My husband ordered an omelet with the breakfast potatoes and toast. If you order sourdough toast it only comes with one piece, which is fine, but it's not true sourdough from a fermented starter. It appeared to be regular, thin bread from a packaged, pre-made loaf. He also commented that the potatoes appear to be out of a frozen bag, not a homemade appearance, taste, or flavor. The omelet was bland but they do provide salt and pepper as well as one hot sauce choice to flavor things up a bit. The coffee was very diner-esque. Lacking in flavor and strength. However our waitress kept our cups full and warm! There were a couple of larger groups present which kept the atmosphere quite loud during our visit. However the restaurant is cute and has quite a few tables to hold a good sized amount of patrons at once. With a tip our total for 3 breakfast entrees and two coffees was just shy of $60. I know that prices are on the higher side these days, but this was extremely disappointing for the food that we were served. There are so many wonderful breakfast restaurants in our area - another choice might benefit both the tastebuds and wallet! I try to be kind but honest in my reviews here, two stars is generous.

The food was good and the waitress was on point when she needed to be she was super quick the food didn't take long at all.
