Was in the area and saw Uncle Ernies on Yelp. We were seated right away and given menu s. I had the fish and chips with a side of soup. My guest had the chicken fried steak and pancakes. Both meals were good and we were happy we came. Give Uncle Ernies a try !

Thank you so much for putting up one of my flags I do appreciate it

This place is awesome!! I'm visiting from Chicago and wasn't sure at first from the outside and location. But walked into excellent service, thanks Marcy! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Best. Hash browns. Ever. Cooked perfectly!! I highly recommend the corned beef hash and can't wait to try the biscuits and gravy next time. Tons of food for the price.

Classic breakfast diner here. The service is kind and fast, personable servers that keep a smile. Lots of regulars. Plenty of seating and clean surroundings. The menu has plenty of options and they list specials up front and at the table. Had country fried steak with eggs. My dish was good, standard dinner quality. This place is very affordable compared to most restaurants these days. Worth a visit for a cheap American breakfast.

I've been wanting to check this place out for quite sometime! Service was excellent and the restaurant was cute and friendly inside. Looked like quite a few people are regulars there which is always nice to see. I ordered the corned beef hash and asked the difference between the half and full order. The server said it's only an extra dollar and twice as much food for the full so I got that. I love corned beef hash- and homemade is every better. The corned beef itself was great- has a smoky flavor and was very tender and juicy. But, there were a lot of hash browns, I mean a LOT! In my mind it needed either more corned beef, or about half the amount of hash browns to go with it. Also I found it strange that they offered canned corned beef hash as well. Why have both?? My kids liked that option though!

I wrote this part of the review two years ago:…read more I can see a place like this expanding very quickly. The customer service is so noteworthy I came here to write a review, which I seldom do. 9.7/10 The food is phenomenal. If not the best Nashville hot chicken sandwich I've had--it's at least in the top 3 nationwide You can tell the employees here actually care. The cashier literally RAN my order to me, while I stood out in the parking lot "tailgating" Watching the cooks, it's actually interesting to me how noticeable it is that they're invested in the quality of their work. Body language alone shows it. But the execution on this menu is genuinely perfect. If I owned this and was in the green, I'd be so thrilled with my crew. They do their job PERFECTLY. Today, I visited again-- same employee with the same great customer service brought my food out. I tried something new-- the rooster... and although they missed my caramelized onions-- this place provides such a great experience that I don't WANT to complain about it. The sandwich is fire, but I need some oniony balance for my sweet candied jalapeños. Good shit you guys. Please come open up shop down south of the state line. We need better chicken down there!

Today I tried the Sunrise Turbo tots. I added fried chicken, nashy style. Holy cow it was…read moredelicious! The tots are perfectly crispy and well seasoned. The fried egg was perfectly cooked and the house gravy is tasty. The chicken is crispy and so flavorful. The Nashville (nashy) seasoning has a nice kick to it. Not overwhelmingly spicy but definitely a good kick. I ordered a small which is pretty big. I can't wait to try other menu items. I have a feeling that this place will be come my new favorite spot. The service is quick and friendly.

600 is such a cute place for a lovely meal!…read more We have been multiple times but stopped in on a recent sunny afternoon for some lunch. 600 is so light and airy, we really love the atmosphere!! We had a really great waitress, I wish I would have gotten her name! She was doing the job of hostess and waitress to multiple tables, and doing it all very well! We ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad for our lunch entrees! Both were very good and presented very well! While the food is good and quality feels high - the price is also on the high side. For a sandwich and a salad, waters to drink, we spent over $50 for our lunch! Just something to be aware of! While we had time - the experience was not fast. Something to be aware of if needing a quick lunch. The restaurant was not overly busy but the wait was a little long to receive our order. I ordered a salmon salad - the menu nor the website specify if the salmon is wild caught or farmed. I would really love to know this information - the price would be much better reflected if it were indeed wild caught. :)

The service was on the slower side and could have used more attention to detail--coffee refills were missed, and we didn't have spoons to stir our coffee. That said, our server was kind and had a gentle, pleasant demeanor. The food overall was very good. Only one person in our group was disappointed--the chicken and waffles were described as dry, with the chicken coating lacking flavor. Everyone else enjoyed their meals, and the desserts were a standout; they were excellent and loved by all. One area that could use improvement is the upstairs bathroom. While it was well stocked with supplies, it needed cleaning. Clear signage for the upstairs restroom and perhaps a nice piece of artwork would also be welcome touches. Overall, a nice brunch experience with great desserts and room for a few improvements.
