A week goes by, no hearing back. I called on July 22 and the lady said "oh yeah, Ron stopped by your properties and he thinks it is a waste of money to do the coat of sealant". What? do I deserve to know???? what about the other property? Had I not called again after 2 weeks, would they have called? It was very unprofessional without the courtesy to call me and give me insight about what is needed, or to say we cant do this service or anything. I asked if he could call me so I learn what is needed. some days pass by and no call till finally I received a call from Ron who made things too much worse by saying on the phone "I called you but you did not pick up", which was very unprofessional and childish since people leave voice messages. I am not a guy who has full mailbox or a vm that is not setup yet; and it was very low because he lied as he never called me....well, unless he called from a spam number. The quality of this company's work seems to be good from what I see in town, so my review here is about professionalism in communication (or lack thereof) and the honesty of words.

The weather for my newly completed project was perfect for, first, Gene multi-hours powerwashing a large deck, which included the spindles, the next day Josh power sanding the floor and Gene and Josh scraping and sanding the railing superbly, the next day hand painting the rails and spindles, and the conclusion yesterday with roll painting the deck floor. Tylor and a gentleman, whose name I forget, replaced a small section of rotted railing with treated wood, replicating the original pattern, and I will paint it in six weeks since the wood is newly treated. Tylor in our encounters from the very beginning was polite and communication was spot-on with my receiving a written quote in email, which I signed. Girldad being insured was important to me; and with that aspect along with Tylor's presentation and quote, my project was a "go"! I feel honored, which I relayed to Gene and Josh, that they dedicatedly worked my project. (Lattice replacement and/or painting was not part of the refurbishment.)
