The other painter was just a small fill-in while she was the main gig. Because of her knee jerk, unprofessional reactions we (everyone on the job including flooring people) were dumbfounded by her unwillingness to get along with others. Proclaiming "I'm done!" In front of everyone even though no one knew her role. Since she only promised me two days of work, I was forced to hire others even though I didn't want to. She is typically reasonable and reliable but she went off the deep end. I even begged her to discuss this with me to come to a reasonable solution, but to no avail. There are plenty of painters out there. Find someone else. There is nothing she can say to justify her behavior. She refused to work around two flooring people who needed two days and one other planted who would have been non existing after one day. I was always happy to support an LGBTQ business too. Very sad she decided to screw me over during a critical time of need.
