He replaced a section of our siding where our garage roof met the house just underneath the main roof (a tight space) and then down to the ground. The old siding and fascia boards were water-damaged and squirrel feed. He personally did this work because his crew was working on a bigger project. He could have turned down or delayed this "small" job (less than $5K) but he chose to go the extra mile and do it himself. He didn't damage the roof or our rose bush. He even fixed a soft spot in the corner that we didn't ask him to, because that's the kind of quality contractor he is.
