We were immediately welcomed in by a sweet friendly young girl - all our açaí bowls were delicious - I also loved seeing the prayer request which I used and I felt my Jesus was everywhere here !!! We usually love Berry Blends and their smoothies are delicious. But DON'T order the açaí bowls! Total waste of money! I purchased 2 of them today and the bowls had a TINY amount of açaí, some banana slices and then filled with granola that tasted and looked like a crushed up Nature Valley bar. So frustrating to spend as much as I did and not get much açaí which to me, is the point of getting an açaí. read more

I went here 1/9, approximately around 1500. The two girls working there had very unwelcoming energy on top a minor attitude problem. After ordering my drinks the blonde working the cash register said something under her breath to her co-worker. I think these two girls working in the customer service industry need some guidance and some evaluation from their manager about their attitudes if they pursue to work in an industry of customer service. They make a very poor representation of the company they work for. read more

Julia is the best! I love getting both smoothies and fresh juice from her. The teen staff can be hit or miss but usually it's a great experience. Green Machine is my favorite juice. I wish the hours were later as I have to go elsewhere in the evenings and they don't juice after 5pm. read more

Stopped in to this location for the first time this afternoon for a smoothie and was greeted with a hello and welcome. The smoothie was good no different from the other locations, but the service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and seemed happy to be working there. Other locations the service is horrible but not here. Just walking in the atmosphere is far nicer and you can tell that this is one of their focuses. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

What a treat in every way! From the mindful bathroom that generously and thoughtfully anticipates your needs to the great staff! This place is such a great little oasis from the heat!! The staff is easy going and the set up inside is inviting (they even have a box set up for prayer requests-you don't have to be religious to appreciate that kind of generosity!!!) AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!! I recently called and asked what's the store's policy on masks. Who I can assume is the manager or franchise owner picks up. When I ask what their mask policy is, I am rudely told that they don't wear masks and they follow all tri-county health recommendations. She then asks for my name. I decline to give her my name and hang up. A day later, I get a call from that location from the manager. She asks for my name again and asks why would I ask for their mask policy. I hang up and an hour later get another call from the same person which I ignore. I would avoid this location at all costs. It is one thing to not care if your customers wear face coverings due to the nationally declared health emergency named COVID19, however, it is a whole other bag of tricks to be irresponsible and not wear a mask while serving customers. I was appalled to see the person working behind the counter, later identified as the OWNER, who was wearing her mask with her nose exposed and a T-shirt telling people they need Jesus. I'm all for Jesus, but I lack the same enthusiasm for getting sick or being exposed to COVID19 because of the incompetence at this establishment!! I watched a member of the team handle money from the register, and then touch the fruit and make a smoothie without once washing their hands or putting on gloves.. Not the best hygiene especially in the time of covid 19. In fact, none of the staff once washed their hands, wore gloves, or wore a mask the entire time guests were there. Gross much? read more
