I work next door and I go down once or twice a week to grab a boosted tea and an aloe shot.

My first time visiting a smoothie king. Besides smoothies they offered a variety of protein bars…read morecookies etc. I noticed one high top sitting table and across from that were two other chairs and that was it as far as a seating area. Quick to place order. I asked "sleepy" employee taking my order what her favorite was and for an additional charge she said I could add the banana I was wanting so I ordered a large along with a slice of "Everything"Avocado toast which was a big portion. As I waited near the pick up window the same girl who took my order was there making my smoothie and As I glanced around the store I noticed a rather large and very interesting painting hanging on the wall . Before I could get a closer look she was there at the window with my order so I asked her about the painting and she replied" look lady I don't know I just work here" . So I decided to take a closer look at it. In this painting were several different people along with the history behind Smoothie King and its founder. As I was reading I realized the founding father was one of the people in this painting. Needless to say it was not only a beautiful painting but very interesting to read about the history behind Smoothie King. Overall the large smoothie was really big and it was good. Avocado toast good and filling Service not so good. Price $$$ Atmosphere needs more seating Menu and side treats great selection

We were acknowledged immediately as we walked in & told we could sit anywhere we liked. We choose a table that had chairs on one side & a couch on the other. I sat on the couch, even though it was very comfortable it was too low to the table. The restaurant decor was simple with couches & beautiful jeweled chandeliers plus traditional music played in the background. Note, plenty of free parking was available as this place is located in a strip mall. I ordered the Beef Kabob Plate that came on a delicious bed of yellow rice. The beef had been marinated in a yummy marinade then perfectly grilled with two dipping sauces. Wow, this was super flavorful. In addition, there was a small salad with a wonderful spice dressing. On the side was warm Pita Bread & some of the best Hummus I've had in a long time. What a memorable meal...I'm looking forward to trying some of their other dishes.

This time, it was much darker inside and honestly felt a little depressing. There were hardly any customers besides us and one other diner. The food is still good. We ordered the same item as before, along with fries. The fries were good, and the beef was actually more tender this time and not as tough as I remembered. The pita bread, though, didn't seem as fresh or as good as before. Our server was friendly, but he could have looked a little more presentable. He was cleaning while serving us, and there appeared to be dirt on his shirt. That made me question the cleanliness. Hopefully, they can improve on that.

And the warmed-up Cruffin was absolutely delicious (I bought extra Cruffins to-go). The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, with a special shout-out to Sarah, whose delightful personality made the visit even more enjoyable. Great coffee, great pastry, and great people. We'll definitely be back for more Lost Coffee during our next Rocky Mountain road trip!

I always grab an oat milk latte if I'm going to grab some coffee, and this was pretty good. Though, even for a smaller size, it was a bit too milky for me. I prefer to taste a bit more of that espresso, personally, but it was still decent and better than a few other options I've had downtown. They have a few pastry options, and cold breakfast burritos from Kiowa. The burrito was great! Flavorful. Several spots to sit in and eat/drink, and a few cute bistro tables/chairs outside on the sidewalk. The one thing missing for me was the service/hospitality. The staff couldn't be bothered to respond to a thank-you, and the demeanor was just a bit strange overall for a customer service role. They were happy to chat amongst each other, though. Maybe it was just an off day, so who knows, we might try again. Overall, I'd recommend giving it a shot.
