The employees were nicer this time around, although I did encounter different ones this time. I was actually greeted. I still cant bring myself to making this review a five stars review. My go-to smoothie is the Banana Berry Burst with strawberries, but it tastes different every single time I get it. The smoothie was good although on the sweeter side. Veggie juice was not a juice but veggies blended together which is not pleasant. They were nice about refunding me for it. I've never been here before, I went in search for Açaí Bowls and got to this place. I work in the service industry so maybe I have a high expectation of customer service but in this case even if you didn't have a high expectation it was still terrible. The kids in here didn't show any excitement when customers walked in and barely greeted anybody. Some kid came in with a friend, out of uniform and walked behind the counter to make himself and his friend something. As far as the product, my açaí bowl was alright. All of the fruit was blended up, they forgot the granola and honey and it was super runny. I didn't even want to bother having them fix it so I just left. I've had many açaí bowls and nothing like this. I'd love to try it again but due to it being highly unprofessional I don't think I'll be back. read more

I have to say this my family favorite place to get smoothies! However tonight they went above what most places would. As soon as we got home my son had tripped and spilled his entire smoothie he was in tears and said it's okay I don't need one. We called and asked if we could come back and get another. I really like Inta'Juice - when I lived in Fort Collins, I visited as much as I could afford, and I still frequent the Loveland location (when I'm not feeling lazy on my lunch hour.) To be fair, I went to the Thornton location only twice and both times they seemed to be understaffed, the two people working the counter were really laissez-faire, and the place was freaking packed. If I hadn't been a frequenter of I.J. and insisted on my add-ins I wouldn't have gotten them in my drink. But this little location didn't have the same "I'll take care of you" feeling as the same northern locations. read more

If I could give no stars I would. Went to Berry Blendz and got 2 smoothies one extra thick. As I was drinking my smoothing something hard came into my mouth. It was a small piece of white plastic. I did notice when the worker was making my smoothie she was sticking the spatula in to assist with the blending. I went back in and some to the manager (Taylor). I mentioned to her that perhaps use a plastic spatula to prevent this. She incredibly rude and said "well what do you want me to do about it?" This to me is not the behavior of a manager of a business. I too own a business and would never tolerate my manager treating customers like this. I just walked out and will not be back. read more

I have been here multiple times. The smoothies are great don't get me wrong but the customer service needs some work. Some of the people don't see like they want to be there. The last time I went down there there was only one person and instead of pausing after so many customers to make smoothies she kept taking orders! After 15 orders later she started making smoothies. Worst Customer Service ever the two girls were to busy giggling to help me. Once she was done with her conversation she was ready to come over and cashier. I had a thirteen hole punched card so I get a free berry blends usually they offer one sunami or two regular or three small smoothies to make the free smoothie. This girl didn't even give me a choice and said they don't offer that anymore and refused to make my two regular sizes drinks.When I asked to speak to a manager she said there wasn't one there. She was rude and in a hurry to get back to get conversation with her friend. Usually love this place. My wife and daughter (2years old), had been completing errands for quite a durration of time. We were all tired and needed a little pick me up for the drive home. As we were driving by berry blendz, we noticed there were no coustomers, and decided that we could get in and out quick. We were half way through our order, when friends of the teenagers who worked there started to file in. They literally stopped taking our order, and started fraternizing, and then took their friends orders before ours. There was 9 of them. It took forever to get our smoothies because instead of three of them working, one kid worked, and the other girls kept taking with their friends. It was very frustrating. There are so many choices to choose from and besides that you can pick your own, create your own smoothie so your not having to follow the rest of the crowd. Only giving two stars rather than one because the drink was tasty- however the service that I experienced yesterday was atrocious. I understand they were busy, and I waited at the counter while the 2 girls made other peoples smoothies to catch up. That was fine. When it was finally my turn I ordered and went and sat down to wait on my drink. They proceeded to take the orders of the other 7-8 people behind me. Then they started making drinks and calling them out to everyone who was in line behind me, preparing their drinks before mine.. after the 4th person that was well behind me in line got their drink, I approached the counter and asked if they were even making my smoothie, that I had been waiting longer than anyone else in there. The girls got extraordinarily snotty with me and said, "We are always making smoothies!! that is what we do!" I just paid 7 bucks for a smoothie - a 16 ounce one, mind you- and tipped them- and I got treated with complete disregard and disrespect. I will not go back. When they finally handed me my smoothie I got a snide "have a nice day!" The 2 girls were working on Thursday around 5 pm. Don't go then, unless you want poor customer service. read more
