LOL, this place is like a parody blooper of all the crappy new things Boulder has to offer. I ordered a $13 blue power smoothie and the cashier gave me a hard Gen Z stare when my card didn't have a tap feature and got grumpy at me when they couldn't figure out how to operate the complicated mister feature. After the transaction they never turned the screen for a total or tip which I thought felt off but I figured it wasn't something to worry about and that I could trust that they would charge me the correct amount. It took like 10 minutes of listening to their Jack Johnson Muzak radio to finally get the damn thing. It was so thick and not blended enough that I could barely drink it. I mean, I get it, smoothies are realllly hard to make and should definitely cost over $10 and take at least 10 minutes to make but COME ON, it shouldn't hurt my whole face to drink it. Anyway, after looking at my bank statement the cashier clearly added their own tip and the total cost was $16.61. I'm currently in the middle of disputing this situation and Logan D. replied a day after my initial request telling me that they might comp me for the off balance. No, the whole experience was bad and I deserve my money back considering this punk kid just decided to tack on a tip (which is basically stealing :) ) without any communication about it..... oh and by the way the almost $17 smoothie didn't even taste the way it is supposed to. I've stopped into Wonder Press a few times and almost always order the same thing because I'm a sucker for beet juice - "take root." It's a tasty and refreshing pink juice with beets, cucumber, carrot, apple, lemon, and a punch of ginger. I always feel like the picture of health when I drink it, though I'm sure I frequently eat something fried soon after. The price point is not cheap but I do like that they give discounts if you bring the bottle back to them the next time you visit ! My only real complaint about Wonder is that the rim of the bottle is hard to drink from. My friends and I that have stopped here together have each had some dribbling issues because the juice gets caught in the glass rim and then drips onto you. When you are drinking hot pink juice this is not ideal! Now I've started just pouring the juice into something else or grabbing a straw. It's possible that I am just a bad drinker, but I don't have this problem anywhere else! read more

The bottle "deposit" is non-refundable, so you pay an extra $.50 (that they charge over and over) to drink from a glass jar, even if you return it five minutes later. The new Wonder Press location in Longmont on Francis Street is a welcome addition to the city's healthy beverage and coffee scene. Their drip coffee - from Boxcar, I think - is spot-on tasty; not bitter and didn't need the sugar I usually have to add. I tried the Green Monkey smoothy and found it refreshing and flavorful and not full of added sugars like some "smoothie" chains. I also took home some beet juice and look forward to enjoying that. They seem super-eager and welcoming. The person greeting me started the greeting as I opened the door, so I didn't hear all of it. The interior is similar to their Boulder location with plenty of tables and a comfortable raised couch situation. Be sure to browse the items from local makers and check out their cold case which had some salads and interesting chia offerings today. Hadn't been to Wonder in a while and was excited to visit, but left incredibly disappointed; inexplicably poor service and attitude; just can't imagine why anyone would start a business and then treat customers this way. Save yourself and go to another juice bar or Ozo (always solid) or the new French bakery Maisonette where the service is consistently welcoming and friendly, and don't waste your time like I did. Here's what happened: Visited Wonder on Monday, Jan 26. Shop was very, very quiet - approx 3-4 parties (of 1 or 2 people each) seated and working on laptops or engaged in light conversation. In other words, definitely not a busy time or rush hour of any kind. When I came in, there were no employees visible or out front. Picked up a few items and then approached the register. Still no one behind the counter or out front. Proceeded to wait at the register where I was the ONLY customer in line. Eventually, after 5-7 minutes of waiting without any employee sightings or contact, a male employee emerged from the kitchen area (from behind the swinging kitchen door) and walked directly past me without making eye contact. He proceeded to pour himself a coffee and as he started back towards the kitchen, thought to ask if I had been helped yet and I responded, no not yet. I then proceeded to wait at the register for another few minutes thinking help was on the way but no one came until after several more minutes, a different male employee emerged with an order of avocado toast. Again, he walked directly past and then returned to the kitchen behind the closed swinging door. At this point I couldn't believe what I was seeing and started to think it was intentional. Note to the owners...you have a serious customer service problem. Hire better. Train better. Do better. read more

This coffee shop has so much Santa Monica/West LA vibes for those that are familiar with that area. That is neither an insult nor a compliment. I thought the coffee was decent here. I also ordered one of their expensive toasts. It was slightly too salty for me, but very tasty for a piece of toast. I've been enjoying their fresh pressed juice for years! I was first introduced to them by my naturopath who would recommend certain green juices in conjunction with the seasonal cleanses she hosted. The store is always clean and the staff are always efficient. There is a deposit on the bottles so be sure to bring them back. I've been lucky finding coupons for Wonder which has been great (Chinook book and Chinook book app). You can order many of their menu items ahead via the Ritual app. Through this I've tried their avocado toast and I must say it is amazing! Seasonally they offer homemade dairy free eggnog and eggnog chais as well as hot cider. Today they hosted a holiday bazaar which included many vendors of treats and trinkets they currently sell in-store (period chocolates, cookbooks, locally made jewelry, pottery, and bitters). The weather was a bit dreary so it was a great time to chat all all these local vendors which was really great. We've visited every morning for the last week. The house made cashew milk is delicious. The avocado toast is light and fresh, we added extra lemon. My husband gets a beet juice blend daily that he says is fantastic. The banana chip + spinach and coffee banana chip + collagen have been a perfect start to our day. That said, prices are straight up outrageous, the sizes are tiny for an average of around $15 with tip, I understand juice bars are a pricier investment but these don't even live up to expectations. The smoothies are super watery, not the consistency that someone is looking for when opting for a smoothie. To add insult to injury, we ordered a new smoothie - yes a 15 dollar one - and when we asked to switch it because we just didn't like it, we only got the option to buy a new one for a discounted price (not to blame the cashier, she was sweet and invested in our positive experience ) but for 15 dollars I want a smoothie I like!!! The second smoothie we opted for was also super watery and riddled with so many cacao nibs I could barely enjoy!! Truly disappointing as for smoothies and pricing. This place is a Boulderites dream. The moment you walk into this little taste of heaven you are sure to fall in love. You will mainly find fresh pressed juices, immunity juice shots, nut milks, lattes and other reviving liquids. You can also admire and purchase lovely art work, jewelry and other various trinkets and items. My go-to drink here is the Flu Shot. It is a small juice shot (4oz) concoction including ginger, lemon, oil of oregano, apple cider vinegar and cayenne. It truly makes you feel like you are killing germs as you drink it. It's a spicy one! I also love the Apple ginger which is apple, cucumber, water, lemon, ginger in a big bottle. This one will last a bit longer than the shots. The muffins are also a treat. They use the fruit/veggie pulp after juicing and make delicious nut/seed/fruit/raisin filled muffins. They are colorful inside so they must be full of nutrients! They are the most moist and delicious muffins I ever tasted! I am still making my way around the menu and look forward to trying a spiced nutmilk in the future. I come back at least twice a week for a flu shot. The golden cup is a little more tame if you find the other is too spicy. This place can be a bit pricey, especially if you get more than one thing, but they do give you discounts if you bring back your rinsed out bottle from a previous visit. They also have daily specials where they discount juices that should be drank that day. If you ever ever in Boulder, stopping here for a healthy treat is a must! read more

I love the vibe of this place, and their juices are amazing. 5ere are lots of options for GF and vegan folks, which means it makes it an easy place to bring my dietarily restricted friends. Favorites so far: Golden Cup shot, 4 oz, which has a bright citrus and cayenne/ginger kick that I can't get enough of. They also have a large size that is similar called the Golden Citrus which is great. The Paleoats is a great breakfast wish a nice crunch and some fresh bananas on top. The champion toast is really nicely sweetened if you're looking for something toastish, but the avocado toast is a bit pricey for what you get, if you ask me. They add coconut oil to some of their smoothies which can upset my stomach if I drink too much of it, so make sure to watch the ingredients if you're sensitive to too much oil. They also put ginger in a lottttt of their menu items, which I love, but my BF wasn't a fan of. Make sure to check out the specials board for seasonal flavors; the pumpkin based drinks they have right now are amazing. read more
