I was able to book online the first time and was so excited to try it out but a few days after booking, I received 3 emails saying my 3 service appointments were cancelled. When I go online now to book new appointments, it sends you to a login page. Once I login, there is no option to get to a booking link. I have left 2-3 voicemails and sent several emails requesting assistance but have never heard back from anyone. Yesterday I went by the location in the hopes of getting in-person assistance and the doors were locked! I am starting to wonder if they do not wish to honor the gift certificate or their customer service is just horrible!

It has a traditional layout as other locations but they have 3 upstairs spaces for massages, gym, and smoking. The resturant was closed while I was there so I set up myself up for some $9 Ramen. Yeah, I know. Stupid move. I was hungry. Although, small they tossed in a few couches and chairs. There's 5 rooms with temperatures listed. I thought that was cool. The food is affordable and the portions are huge. I got bibimbap for $16 and shared it with my mom, so it was definitely worth the money. I would come back again, especially on my birthday, because they have a promotion for free admission if it's your birthday. I have the original contracts, and the documents confirming our cancellation request. Almost a year later, Gold's Gym is still trying to bill my credit card. Do not join Gold's Gym unless you want a crowded gym where you can hardly move and/or want to deal with their shady billing practices!!!
