Prior to calling Jeff, I spoke with two other businesses who said they would get back to me with an estimate. I never heard from either of them. I called Jeff and not only did he give me an estimate, I received it the same day, it was better than expected and the work was done within two days. In addition to the shrubs, he trimmed several other shrubs, edged the entire yard, did some weed eating and hauled everything away. When Spring comes and growth begins again, we'll definitely be using Jeff for monthly maintenance of the entire yard. The very first time I wrote this review was about 6 months ago he seemed very nice and affordable, but he lacks customer service skills badly. I contacted him about cutting my grass like a month ago, he gets back an entire week later and apologized. So I decided to give him another chance and contacted him yesterday about cutting my grass today and he said he could cut it. He called me today and I was busy at the time couldn't answer it. I text him and no response so unprofessional and he never came by today like he said he would. I believe he doesn't care about lower paying jobs like $50 and under because I have a small yard that he charges $45 for, but he shouldn't ignore his lower paying customers just because he might have gotten a bigger job somewhere else. Very unprofessional and very rude to ignore a past customer. Will never contact him again. Don't use his services.
