I asked the agent in this office to update our policy to reflect the deed, and send me the updated policy. A week later she said she's still working on it. One more week later and I leave a voice mail to please contact me about the change. No reply. I called the office, was transferred to voicemail, which is full, so decided to visit but no one is there today (see photos). I called MAPFRE to see if the policy was ever changed. They said it is still in the original name. They said I can change to another MAPFRE agent and continue with the same policy. Will do, service could not possibly be as bad as with this office.

I own my car. I had never filed a claim or had any accidents that required a claim. I let my husband use my car and he got in an accident. He used my car only twice. All of a sudden, my premiums are threw the roof. My husbands name is not on my car or insurance. My premium went up to $4500.00. I kept asking them why so much. I never got a straight answer. I came to realize that they were charging me for something my idiot husband had done. This expense should be on his insurance, not mine. Finally after a screaming match with them for not posting my payments saying I never sent in check when I had the receipt and saying my coverage will be cancelled, I lost it. Don't charge me an extra $46.00 for a billing fee and another $25.00 for late fee when they misplaced my payment. I tried telling them that they are over charging me, I looked for new insurance. I went to A-Affordable Insurance and my premium went from $4500.00 down to $1027.00. I am now paying nearly $3500,00 less for the year. Malcolm & Parsons & Safety Insurance have screwed me over for the last time. People should not give them any business. After getting my new insurance with awesome customer service at A-Afforable, Safety has a nerve to send me a bill for $11.27 balance due. Seriously...

After waiting well…read moreover an hr. at the DMV in Milford, I was informed that I did not have the necessary insurance documentation needed to complete my transaction. I returned home to Whitinsville and straight to Wiersma. Wayne promptly completed my paperwork, adding the necessary insurance documentation and arranged for a courier to take the paperwork back to the DMV. That was above and beyond my expectations. I need people to understand what they are getting when they go here. After corresponding for one…read moreyear with Wayne, I finally decided to make the change to switch insurance companies. In that one year communicating, I told Wayne MULTIPLE times I DID NOT want Plymouth Rock and told him why. He assured me that he would be my go between and not to worry. He also said that he increased items on the policy for a lower price than what I was paying. Actually, he increased one thing and lowered 4 items, one went from $150K to $60K. This is for replacing personal items. I cannot replace everything in my house for that amount. He also said that if I don't use the online interaction with Plymouth Rock that they would charge me $30.00 to get a paper policy. I just received both car/home policies. He charged my CC for both policies in full, but neglected to tell me that if I cancel the policies, Plymouth Rock will charge me (but told me about the $30 to print a policy). Also, after telling him how pissed off I was about the bad information he did not supply, I said I wanted to cancel the policies. He said that once I get a new insurance company, it will take two weeks for them to get my money back, and it will not be back on my CC, they will send me a link to print out my own check on regular paper. He has washed his hands now and doesn't help me get my money back in the manner in which HE TOOK IT. So if I switch I will have $6000.00 tied up in insurance for a minimum of two weeks because of Wayne Wierma LEARN FROM ME, STAY AWAY.
