Terrible customer service. We created a living trust for our property and assets. The deed was updated to the name of the living trust. I asked the agent in this office to update our policy to reflect the deed, and send me the updated policy. A week later she said she's still working on it. One more week later and I leave a voice mail to please contact me about the change. No reply. I called the office, was transferred to voicemail, which is full, so decided to visit but no one is there today (see photos). I called MAPFRE to see if the policy was ever changed. They said it is still in the original name. They said I can change to another MAPFRE agent and continue with the same policy. Will do, service could not possibly be as bad as with this office. read more

Horrible experience. Called to ask for assistance with my auto claim, where the other driver was at fault. First words out of Elizabeth's mouth, "you have to call the insurance company directly", when I said that the insurance company told me to work with my agent, she is surprised why they would say that. Ok, so I get the insurance company on a three way and when they say the agent can "assist", Elizabeth changes her tune. Complete waste of time. read more

Unable to contact office. Requested a review of my policy and received no response back via email phone nothing. I have been denied access to my account through the insurance app so I am unable to make any changes regarding my policy that I pay for My recent renewal was sent through the app and did not require my consent to renew even though changes were made such as removal of my rental insurance . I have been with Plymouth rock for years and will remain a customer but this agency has to let the customer access their own information or step it up in the customer service department big time read more

I was put under a difficult sitaution by an employee of kaplansky insurance. I always paid on time and never had issues. I paid the insurance monthly however BOA sent payment a few days later and the associate my agent Rick Rosenfield failed to properly protect my situation by not intervening and by causing me to have my insurance cancelled. He never followed up nor tried to fix the situation even though I have been a customer fo rmany years. Maria Baia at Kaplansky Insurance in Needham provided exceptional service two years in a row when my mortgage servicer sent notices that documentation of homeowners master insurance for my condominium unit had not been received. Maria is knowledgeable, organized, helpful and patient and has made it easy for me to resolve the issue each time. She is a pleasure to work with. The first year documentation should have been provided by the attorney who settled my refinance, but the mortgage company insisted they had not received it. Maria joined me for nearly 30 minutes on a phone conversation with a mortgage company employee who put us on hold numerous times to get guidance from other staff. Maria clearly and pleasantly responded to all his questions and quickly provided the required documentation. The second year when I called, Maria was not available, but returned my call quickly. She checked her records, found that the necessary documentation had been sent by fax and received in January. She e-mailed me documentation of this. The mortgage company insisted on speaking with Maria and then notified me that Maria had agreed to fax another copy of the documentation of my policy.
