They were able to work out a lease for that short a time. Lisa is as friendly and helpful as they come. Jesse and Haley are great people, friendly and when I had a maintenance issue they were there to take care of things in short order. Courtney, the Community Manager, came on board recently and is as nice as can be. Could not ask for a better, more friendly crew. The complex is great, quite place. The Pool area and the Fitness Center are beautiful. ( My wife especially loved the Pool). It's in a very convenient location, close to shopping , restaurants , and other good stuff you might need. I can recall one instance, at the start of my lease where I put in a maintenance order, and they came knocking at the door literally 15 minutes later. The community itself is well maintained, peaceful, and quiet in my experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for my needs. Conner at the office is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Some reviews will tell you that the parking is atrocious. It is true that the parking can fill up pretty quickly, but its not as big of an issue in my opinion. If you get home on the weekdays anytime between ~6 PM and later, you will have a harder time parking next to your unit, but even then, I've always been able to find a spot no further than one building away. Overall, I have had an excellent experience living here, and the good vastly outshines the parking issues in my opinion.

We just recently left the area for my fiancé's new job. We were able to relocate and stay with the…read moresame rental company. Which was great on our end because we didn't have to go through all the troubles of finding a new place and paying all the crazy fees you have to rent a home. With this all being said the front office was so helpful in helping us figure everything out with the transfer package. In our last week there I went into the office to make sure I had completed all that was necessary on the end of the transfer and to make sure that I was completing all the tasks that needed to be done at the old residency. I spoke with Brittany who assured me that all I needed to do was make sure the house was clean, all the walls were wiped down with a magic eraser and there was nothing wrong with the flooring. I asked her if there was any patch work that needed to be done should we do this as well. In her words she said, "If you can't patch it correctly, I would let it be." I assured her I didn't want to be charged for not doing something to their standards. She assured me that I wouldn't be. A few days later before the move out my fiancé and I had a few more questions about the transfer so when we went back up there to talk with Brittany. Once again I asked about patch work on the wall just so my fiancé could hear it himself what she said and she once again told me we wouldn't be charged. The next day we moved out. Leaving the house MOVE IN READY! so clean you could have dinner on the floor. I contacted Brittany to inform her that we had left the property, and it was opened for her to review the area for the Move-out process. This is where my frustration comes from. I have tried my hardest to get in contact with Brittany to go over the move-out list and tell me what she thought of this place and how I met the companies requirements on the move out, which may I remind you the whole time we lived there I had perfect communication with Brittany. Nothing but crickets from her. She will not return calls, We have left several messages for her to return. We finally had the office manager answer the phone. We asked her what was going on with our deposit check of 2249.00. Now there was a transfer fee we had to pay which was understandable, but a utility bill of over 650 and all the others I find a little ridiculous. I asked for an explanation of this charge and a copy Erica said I would have to speak to Brittany about this. Still haven't heard from her. There were also charges for damages, they can't explain Brittany is in charge of that, and there was a cleaning fee, which can't be explained either. To top that all off we still haven't received our deposit back or the small amount which was left over from being charged to death on. The reason why I'm making this review is because I want new residents to be aware of the large fees you will end up paying at the end of all this and no one will take the time to explain them. They will be your friend to the end, then your money is theirs no matter if you follow what they want or not.
