When it came time to see Dr. Taylor she was prompt and well prepared having familiarized herself with my chart prior to coming in to the exam room. She was very engaging and thorough. We went down a list of items that were pertinent to my medical diagnoses and discussed strategies for obtaining our joint goals. At all times I felt listened to, valued, and respected. I then called the office recently; had to speak to an answering service and was treated with such disrespect. I requested a nurse to call me and was told it would be up to 48 hours to get a call... luckily she did call that day and when I tried to talk some about the answering service experience she didn't care and couldn't answer my questions about medication and was told to call the pharmacy.... back to looking for a new doctor:(

In fact, my friend got a massage from them last week and said they really helped him with his pain and tightness. I plan on using them for all of my massage/chiro needs here in SLO! I was nervous about finding a chiropractor here, because due to my hypermobility, it is really scary to go to someone who will be potentially "pop happy". Fact: it takes almost dying for most nurses to go to the ER. This was me last week. I honestly had…read morenever felt so sick in my entire life. I wanted to write this review because while this has been pretty much my only experience as a patient at a hospital, I am forever grateful for the treatment I received. I came in with a temp of 103.9 and a HR of 140. I was so dizzy I could barely stand. I was triaged within minutes and immediately placed in a bay. Every single staff member (several nurses, doctor, lab, EKG and radiology techs) were absolutely incredible. Professional, skilled, expeditious and truly worked as a team. Even though I was super scared, every team member took the effort to put me at ease. I write this as a retired RN who has worked primarily in ICU, but as well as Burn ICU, peri-operative units, and even a few ER shifts when I was a float nurse. Even though I have never been on the patient side until now, I've seen a things or two. Twin Cities delivered. Turns out I had a pretty severe case of pneumonia but a week later I almost feel myself again. The doctor encouraged me to come back if I ever have any problems or if things worsened. I feel relieved to have emergency care like Twin Cities in our community. I've read some pretty abysmal reviews and being a nurse, I know there are always two sides to the story. I reached out to the patient experience email but have not heard back. - I need the claim to be filed with my current insurance ASAP. Your hospital needs to refile this claim. Please provide an email to a responsible member of your billing team so we can finally get this task completed.
