DD said they could probably get to me in 30 minutes, which I accepted. I was anxious but, happily, they arrived 1/2 hour later. The driver was very pleasant. HI am disabled and he helped me get in and out of the car, and carried my belongings to my front door, and even asked whether I needed help getting inside. We had to cancel the other rides due to a liability issue for the children we service. I went back and forth with them for months trying to get a refund. My Dad was scheduled for a pretty significant medical procedure and had no method of transportation to get him to and from the hospital. I live on the other side of the US, so I couldn't provide much help, other than to coordinate service. My Mom found SJL and, though we had no previous familiarity with them, decided to go with them for our needs. Ashley, who coordinated our SJL reservation was so helpful. She was easy to talk to, and was accommodating to our requests, which fluctuated because of the hospital's scheduling process.
