In their…read moresystem the ride showed for the next day a full 36 hours from when the booking was made but my credit card was charged IMMEDIATELY When I called and ended up canceling the ride it was exactly 24 hours from the booking. The dispatcher told me he would cancel the ride and provide a refund. I emailed the next day about the refund, ended up getting a phone call back from the manage, Gary, who told me they had a policy that didn't allow for cancellations inside of 24 hours. Keep in mind the cancellation occurred exactly 24 hours out. Having said that the manager said he would refund my ride MINUS $18 for credit card processing fees which is crap but I was willing to take what I could get as the total ride was $252. Rather be out $230 than $250!! It is a week later and 2 emails later still no refund and no response from the business!!! Plenty of car service options in Brick and the surrounding areas, buyer beware on this one!! In this case one would be better with an Uber!
